Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter is Internet Services Australia 1 Pty Limited ("THE ICONIC") of Level 18 Tower Two, International Towers Sydney, 200 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000
2. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry into the promotion is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants
who are 18 years or over.
4. For the Major Prize, the winner’s companions must be aged 18 or over to participate in the prize.
5. Employees and other personnel (and their immediate families) of THE ICONIC and its
related entities are ineligible to enter.
6. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
7. The promotion commences 7:00 AM AEST on Monday, 14th October 2024 and ends 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, 27th October 2024.
8. To enter the promotion, entrants must:
● Visit online entry form.
● Enter first name, last name, phone number, state and email address.
● In 25 words or less, tell us what you'd wear from our Summer Sounds Edit.

9. Strictly one entry per person. In the case of someone entering the competition more than once, then the first entry only will be considered.
10. This is a game of skill. All entries will be judged on Monday, 28th October 2024 at Level 18, Tower Two, International Towers Sydney, 200 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000.
11. This promotion will not be drawn publicly.
12. The Major Prize winner and the Minor Prize winners will be notified by phone by 5:00pm
AEST on Monday, 28th October 2024. THE ICONIC will call the prize winners twice. If the prize winners do not respond, THE ICONIC will send the prize winners an email. The winners will have one (1) business day to respond to THE ICONIC to claim their prize either by phone or email. Winners who fail to claim the prize by 29 October 2024 will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and an unclaimed prize draw will occur.
13. If a prize is not claimed by 29 October 2024, a second round of winner/s will be selected for the unclaimed prize at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday, 30th October 2024 at Level 18, Tower Two, International Towers Sydney, 200 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000
14. Any second chance winners shall be notified by 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 30th October 2024 via email.
15. THE ICONIC will select one (1) Major Prize winner and thirty (30) Minor Prize winners.
16. The Major Prize (valued at approximately $6,127.00) consists of:
a. Four (4) tickets to THE ICONIC Summer Sounds on Saturday, 2nd November 2024 in Sydney, New South Wales.
b. 2 night’s accommodation at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel from Friday, 1st November 2024 to Saturday 2nd November 2024 (Watsons Loft Room), valued at $1,272.00 per room (maximum occupancy for the Watsons Loft Room is 4 adults), room only.
c. An ICONIC gift voucher for AUD $5,000.
d. If the Winner is located outside of New South Wales, 4 x return air fare tickets
to Sydney are from the following cities;Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold
Coast, Adelaide, Cairns, Perth or Darwin.
17. Each Minor Prize includes two (2) tickets to the event.
18. The total recommended retail price prize pool value is $6,127.00 (inclusive of GST).
19. Accommodation at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel is subject to Watsons Bay Boutique
Hotel Terms of Use. If you are the winner of the Major Prize, you agree to be bound by Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel’s Terms of Use. THE ICONIC is not liable for any additional charges incurred by you during your stay at the Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel. You will be required to put down a credit card upon arrival for any additional charges incurred, such as food, beverage or damages.
20. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included and will not be the responsibility of THE ICONIC. Winner(s) will be liable for any such additional charges.
21. Any travel and accommodation constituting part of a Prize (if applicable) are subject to booking availability, availability of select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. THE ICONIC will, at its sole discretion, make a booking for the Winner of the Major Prize and three (3) of their companions to fly from their nominated major Australian city to Sydney with a carrier and at a date and time of THE ICONIC’s choosing.
22. If the winner and/or their companions miss any of the arranged flights or any other travel component, the winner will forfeit the Prize (at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
23. If the Winner of the Major Prize is located in Sydney, they will forfeit the airfare component of the Major Prize. This airfare component of the Major Prize is not redeemable for cash or other value.
24. The Minor Prize does not include flights, travel or accommodation. Winners will have to make their own travel arrangements to the venue. THE ICONIC is not liable or responsible for the travel to the event.
25. By accepting the Major Prize or Minor Prize, the Winners and their companions agree that THE ICONIC may use their image to promote the Summer Sound event on its website, app and social media platforms.
26. Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, each Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Each Prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The clause does not set out to limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
27. THE ICONIC expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and THE ICONIC's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. THE ICONIC expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
28. THE ICONIC accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
29. THE ICONIC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

30. THE ICONIC shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services. Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
31. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of THE ICONIC, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, THE ICONIC reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the promotion or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
32. Entries must be the entrant’s original work. THE ICONIC reserves the right to require the entrant to verify that the entry is the entrant’s original work. Entrants warrant that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights. Entrants agree to indemnify THE ICONIC and its associated agencies against all losses, damages, claims and costs by third parties arising out of, connected to, or resulting from, a breach of the warranty set out in this clause.
33. By entering this promotion, entrants (i) grant THE ICONIC a non-exclusive license to use the content of their entry, or any part of the content of the entry, in any way the THE ICONIC wishes (including modifying, adapting, copying, cropping, retouching, editing, publishing, broadcasting or communicating the entry whether in original or modified form in whole or in part) in all media for the purposes of the THE ICONIC’s business on its website, social media or in any marketing campaign, without payment to the entrant of royalties or compensation. If requested by the THE ICONIC, Entrants agree to sign any further documentation required by THE ICONIC to give effect to this clause; (ii) consent to THE ICONIC dealing with their entry content in any way that may otherwise infringe the entrants’ moral rights, and agree not to assert their moral rights (wherever such rights are recognised) in respect of their entry against THE ICONIC or its assigns, licensees or successors; and (iii) consent to THE ICONIC using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by THE ICONIC.
34. THE ICONIC collects your information to include you in this promotion. Use of your

35. The Promoter and / or Travel Prize Supplier are not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the Travel Prize.
36. Winners in this promotion agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
37. By using and entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that this promotion is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Meta and release by Meta from all liability in relation to this promotion.
