The prize is a 60-minute masterclass with head chef Misaki Manawa for you and two guests. You will learn knife skills, prep a few dishes and afterwards, you will enjoy the spoils of your labour as part of an expertly crafted omakase meal alongside a $600 bar tab — so you can enjoy delish Haku Vodka martinis.

The Omakase Masterclass prize includes a 60-minute masterclass with Chef Misaki Manawa at Yugen Tea Bar for three people. Guests will also enjoy a $600 bar tab as well as an omakase meal each. Total prize value: $2000 ex GST. The competition is open to Melbourne residents over 18 years old only. The competition closes on October 17, 2024, and must be redeemed between October 28 and November 28.
