TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The promoter of this competition is ORTC Clothing Co. ("the Promoter").
2. Competition Period
The competition begins at 7:00 pm (ACST) on Sunday, 20 October 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm (ACST) on Wednesday, 23 October 2024.
3. Eligibility
* Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
* Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
* Employees of the Promoter, its affiliated entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
* Entrants must follow the instructions outlined on the competition entry page and provide all requested information.
* Multiple entries are not permitted.
* Entries must be submitted before the competition closes at 11:59 pm on 23 October 2024.
5. Prize
The winner will receive the following:
* A $2000 Reef House Voucher (equivalent to a 2-night stay).
* A $1500 ORTC Clothing Co. Gift Voucher.
* A $500 voucher for dinner at Star of Greece.
Total prize value: $4000 AUD.
6. Winner Selection
* The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
* The winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the competition closing.
* If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Prize Conditions
* The Reef House voucher is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* The ORTC gift voucher is valid for use on full-priced items only and is not redeemable for cash.
* The dinner voucher is valid at Star of Greece and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
8. Publicity
* By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
9. General
* The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms or who tampers with the entry process.
* The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent an entry from being submitted.
* The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
* The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
