TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By entering the Sunrise Sofitel 60th Anniversary Competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years and older,
where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations)
Limited (“Promoter”), AAPC Ltd trading as ACCOR (“Sponsor”), and their associated
agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In this clause 2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse,
defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 If the Prize Winner (“Prize Winner”) is unable to complete the travel as
stipulated in clause 4.1, they will be deemed invalid and therefore will forfeit
the prize in full and a re-judging will take place as specified in these terms and
conditions.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 21st October 2024 at 5.30am (AEDT) and
concludes on Thursday 24th October 2024 at 12.00pm (AEDT) (“the Competition
Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
● Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state
and postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page and
● Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less, what
brings you your joie de vivre or ultimate happiness when on holidays?”.
3.3 Entries must be received by Thursday 24th October 2024 at 12.00pm (AEDT).
3.4 Entrants may enter as many times as they like. However, each entry must be
significantly different to any previous entry.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark
claims, by other parties.
3.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the
entrant. The prize winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-
exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the prize winner
will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.7 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers
to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its
sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any
person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or
reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be
entered into.
3.8 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries,
or the entry will be deemed invalid.
3.9 Neither the Promoters nor Sponsors are responsible for any data or other
information related to this competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any
computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of
computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) prize winner of the Competition. The prize winner (“Winner”)
will be awarded the following.
Prize winner will be able to pick a holiday trip for two (2) (the “Prize”) including the
below, to any destination within Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji (“Destination”):
• Return flights to a destination of their choice within Australia, New Zealand and Fiji
(“Destination”) with access to airport Lounge. (up to $6,000)
• 5 nights’ accommodation for 2 people in a Sofitel property of winner’s choice at the
Destination (“Hotel”), including breakfast. (up to $7,500)
• $2,700 to spend on food within the Hotel (including all food outlets within the Hotel
and room service but excluding all beverages) & activities within the Hotel
• A white gold Courbet pendant necklace valued at $2800
• Limo transfers to and from the airport (up to $500)
• Bottle of Pommery Blanc de Blanc Cuvee Sixty, an exclusive collaboration with
Maison Pommery Champagne and only available at Sofitel Hotels and Resort $520
**Prize Travel must be used within twelve months of receiving the prize.
