Details of the Competition
Competition SpongeBob SquarePants: The Patrick Star PS5 Game Giveaway
The Promoter Gold Corporation trading as The Perth Mint (ABN 98 838 298 431) whose registered address is
310 Hay Street, East Perth, WA 6004 Australia
Competition Period The Competition starts on 30 October 2024 at 10:00 AM AWST and ends on 27 November 2024
at 11:59 PM AWST
Eligibility To be eligible, entrants must be:
• an Australian resident; and
• 18 years of age or over.

Entry method
To enter this Competition, eligible entrants are required to:
a. visit The Perth Mint’s official website www.perthmint.com and purchase The Perth Mint’s
SpongeBob & Friends 2024 1oz Silver Proof Coloured Coin (Coin) valued at AUD$149.00
within the Competition Period; or
b. contact the Promoter’s Customer Service team on 1800 098 817 to place an order for the
Coin over the phone within the Competition Period.
Entry limit The number of entries permitted for this Competition is unlimited. Each person may enter as
many times as they like. Each Coin purchased via the Promoter’s official website or over the
phone via the Promoter’s Customer Service team will count as one (1) entry.
There will be ten (10) prizes and ten (10) winners.

Draw method: The winner of the draw will be chosen on 29 November 2024 at 10:00AM AWST using a
computerized random selection generator for all entries received and verified by the Promoter.
How to Claim Prize
Unclaimed Prize
• The winner of this Competition must claim the prize by 13 December 2024 at 5:00 PM
AWST.
• If the prize remains unclaimed by 13 December 2024 at 5:00 PM AWST another draw will
be conducted on 14 December 2024 at 10:00 AM AWST.
Winner notification The winner of the draw or redraw will be notified within fourteen (14) days of the Competition
end date via by email or phone.
Publication If there is no winner, or the winner cannot be contacted, this information will be published on
the social media platforms of the Promoter.
1. By entering this Competition, the entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. For the avoidance of any doubt, these Terms and Conditions include the “Details of the
Competition” table above
2. The entry fee for this Competition is AUD 149.00 – RRP of the SpongeBob & Friends 2024 1oz Silver
Proof Coloured Coin which entrants must purchase from the Promoter’s official website or over the
phone to enter the competition.
3. During the Competition Period, only eligible and valid entries will be considered as acceptable entry.
Entries inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
4. Employees of the Promoter, their family members or any person or organization connected in any way
with this Competition shall not be eligible to enter the Competition.
5. The winner of the prize person must meet the eligibility requirement set out in the Details of the
Competition.
6. The winner of the Competition will be determined through a computerized random selection generator.
7. The Promoter will endeavour to contact the winner of this Competition. Where the winner cannot be
contacted or the prize remains unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be under
no obligation to substitute the prize.
8. Unless expressly specified in writing by the Promoter, the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or
redeemed for cash.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of higher or equivalent
specification and value.
10. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identification/residency and if there is any
contention with respect to the winner’s identity, the Promoter reserves the right to determine that
which is considered suitable as appropriate means of identity verification.
11. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy outlines how the Promoter collects and uses personal information. To

12. The entrant consents to the Promoter holding, processing, and disclosing personal data including
sensitive personal data provided by the entrant to the Promoter for all purposes relating to the
performance of this Competition.
13. For the purpose this Competition, entrants’ personal information will not be shared with any third party
located outside Australia.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any tax implications resulting from the Prize winnings and the
winner(s) must obtain independent tax advice to ascertain how this may affect their situation.
15. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable to
the entrant or anyone for indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, for loss of revenue, loss
of profit, loss or damage to reputation or goodwill, personal injury or death, whether such liability arises
in contract, tort (including negligence) , or equity, under any statue or otherwise arising out of in any
way connected to this Competition.
16. The Promoters inability to enforce any of its rights at any stage will not amount to a waiver of these
rights.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to the
commencement of the Competition Period by publishing an amended version on its website hosted at
www.perthmint.com/win which shall take effect from the time of publication.
18. If this Competition cannot be conducted as intended for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
suspend, cancel, or terminate the Competition
