Q. How do I know if I have been entered into the promotion?
A. If you purchase online during the promotional period, you will automatically go into the chance to win from a prize pool worth over $8,000.
 
Q. Do I need to enter a code at checkout?
A. No, this is not required for this promotion. If you have paid in full at the time of your order, you are in the running.
 
Q. How do I know if I have won a share in the prize pool?
A. You will find a gold, silver or bronze ticket in your delivery box (so make sure you check it carefully as we cannot replace it).
 
Q. What if my subscription order is set to be processed outside of the promotional period?
A. Then you will not qualify for entry into the promotion.
 
Q. Can I change my subscription processing date to enter?
A. Yes, you can do this online via your subscription portal or by contacting Merlo customer service team via email on info@merlo.com.au to have this updated.

A. No, you do not. This is for online purchases only. If you have not previously purchased online, but want a chance to go into the draw then please head to our website merlo.com.au to purchase your beans and know if you are a first timer online, that’s okay call our friendly customer service team on 1800 637 567 and we will be happy to walk you through it.
 
Q. If I purchase multiple beans/capsules in different transactions during the promotional period, do I get more than one chance to win part of the prize pool?
