Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is organised by Erceg Management, of 320 Lord Street, Perth WA 6000
2. Information on how to take part and prize allocation form part of these terms and conditions.
3. The Shop your way to $10K (cash) competition commences at 9.00am WST on Friday 1st November 2024
and concludes at 5pm on Sunday 15th December 2024.
4. Participation is open to individuals over the age of 18.
5. The winner will be notified via the phone or email address provided, at the conclusion of campaign date.
6. Prior to entering the competition, it is assumed that all entrants have read and understood these
terms and conditions.
7. Entrants must make a purchase at any retail store to the value of $25 (or more) within Alexander Heights
Shopping Centre, Dunsborough Marketplace, Lakes Shopping Centre, Parks Shopping Centre, Power
Shopping Centre, Springs Shopping Centre, or 2nd Avenue Plaza, scan the QR code or visit the centre
website, and complete all competition fields to enter. The receipt of purchase is to be uploaded via the QR
code or centre website, with all fields to be completed. The spend must be made in store. Receipts can be
accumulated to reach the $25 spend requirement.
8. Any items, the purchase of which the Landlord or relevant retailer is prohibited from providing
an incentive (such as this competition), will not count towards qualifying spending, including but
not limited to the purchase of gift cards, alcohol and cigarettes and tobacco products.
9. There is a limit of one entry per person per day.
10. The draw will take place on Tuesday 17th December 2024 at Erceg Management of 320 Lord Street, Perth
WA 2000
11. For the purpose of the prize draw all valid entries from all participating shopping centres will be exported
and combined into one data base. The winner of this competition will be determined by random selection from
that database using a computerised selection tool or random number generator.
12. If an entry is incomplete, then this entry will be rejected as invalid and a redraw will take place. If the
details on the entry form do not include a first name, last name and a valid email address or mobile phone
number and clear photo/s of receipts they will be considered to be incomplete. Proof of purchase can be
requested to verify the entry.
13. If the promoter is unable to establish contact with a winner by Friday 20th December 2024, then the winner
forfeits their prize and a redraw will take place. This winner will have seven (7) days to redeem their prize. In
the event that the prize remains unclaimed, another draw will take place.
14. There is one (1) major prize. The prize value is $10,000 AUD. The prize will be transferred to the
winner’s nominated Australian bank account by the promotor via electronic funds transfer. The
winner is required to provide bank account details and funds will be paid within forty-five (45)
days after the bank account details have been provided.
15. The prize can only be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or modified, transferred to
another person. The total prize pool is valued at $10,000 AUD.
16. The winner must attend Erceg Management, of 320 Lord Street Perth WA 6000, with photo identification
as part of the prize verification.
17. Erceg Management holds the right to re-schedule the competition if due to unforeseen circumstances
such as but not limited to government restrictions.
18. Erceg Management and the Shopping Centres accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting
from the award, non-award or use of the prize, or from any variation in the value of the prize.
19. The winning individual must adhere to these terms and conditions.
20. Employees of Erceg Management, retailers and contractors from the Shopping Centres, and their
immediate families as well as the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible for entry.
21. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
22. Eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of entry and any decisions made by Centre
Management will be final. No other correspondence will be entered into.
23. Erceg Management and the Shopping Centres shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. All entries become the property of Erceg Management. Erceg Management may use the name, address
and other personal information provided by the entrant. Details will not be provided to a third party unless
advised prior.
25. The Centre Manager’s (or a representative) decision will be final, and no discussions or
correspondence will be entered into.
