This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms of Entry attached to this Schedule which applies to the Promotion.

6. Age Restriction

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 18 years of age or over.
7. Maximum Number of Entries:
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method
Clause 3
Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the prompt:
“In 25 words or less, tell us your ideal festive drink and who you'd like to share it with”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the prompt:
“In 25 words or less, tell us your ideal festive drink and who you'd like to share it with”

All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to one (1) entry deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in
the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award that entrant a Major Prize.
The Promoter will select up to twenty (20) entries deemed to be the ‘next best’ (based on the Judging
Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Minor
Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a Personal Contact Number and each
entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
10:00 am AEST and 4:00 pm AEDT on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize
as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and award them a Prize. The Promoter
will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and be awarded a Prize.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEDT Tuesday 17 December 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All
valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize

There are up to twenty-one (21) Prizes to be won, as follows:
Minor Prize
There are up to twenty (20) Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• One (1) x AUD $100 Cellarbrations Gift Card (incl. GST)
Each Minor Prize is valued at up to AUD $100 (incl. GST).
Major Prize
There is one (1) Major Prize to be won, comprising of:
• One (1) x AUD $1,000 Cellarbrations Gift Card (incl. GST)
The Major Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,000 (incl. GST)
13. Prize Restrictions

Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier’s Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any voucher/gift card etc. terms and conditions, and responsibility service of alcohol
requirements.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $3,000 (incl GST).

The Prize will be emailed to the winner's nominated email address by the Promoter or Prize provider of
the Promotion.
18. Additional
Conditions

Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
