double passes (valued up to $630) to a Brisbane Bullets home game at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on
one of the following dates: 6:30pm on Friday 6 December, 6:30pm Friday 12 December or 6:30pm Friday 20

1. Standard terms
1.1 Information on how to participate forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Promoter's details
The promoter is Translink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads ABN 39 407 690 291, 61
Mary Street Brisbane Qld 4000 (GPO Box 50 Brisbane Qld 4001) (“the Promoter”).
3. Who can enter
3.1 The Promotion is open to entrants who enter the competition via the Brisbane Bullets ticket
giveaway promotion entry form on the Translink website
https://translink.com.au/newsletter/competitions-and-offers from Tuesday 19 November
2024.
3.2 Employees, and their immediate families, of the Translink Division, Department of Transport
and Main Roads Employing Office, the Translink Division, Department of Transport and Main
Roads and its agents, contractors and sub-contractors are not eligible to participate in the
Promotion. Immediate family, of a person, means the person’s spouse and family members
residing at the same premises as the person.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to
disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for submitting an entry which is not in
accordance with these conditions of entry.
3.4 Entrants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
4.1 The promotion runs from 9:00am (AEST) Tuesday 19 November 2024 until 11:59pm (AEST)
Sunday 1 December 2024.
4.2 In order to enter the Promotion, you must visit the Translink website
https://translink.com.au/newsletter/competitions-and-offers and submit your name, email
address and mobile number using the entry form and answer the question “Which Brisbane
Bullets player is your favourite player”?. If you do not supply the information, your entry will
be deemed invalid. You may only enter this competition once.
4.3 Any person who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process
in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, or these terms and
conditions is not eligible to win.
4.4 All online entry forms must be submitted by no later than 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 1
December 2024.
