TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Queensland aged 18 years of age or older, where the Channel Seven (and affiliates) signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Amart Furniture Pty Ltd (“Sponsor”), Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members means spouse, defector spouse, parent, biological or adopted child or sibling living under the same roof.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences Sunday, 24 November 2024 at 18:00 AEST and concludes on Friday 29
November 2024, at 10:00 AEST (“the Competition Period”). Daily eligible registration periods will commence and conclude on the following dates (“Registration Period”):

(i) Watch 7NEWS Brisbane (the “Program”) broadcast at 18:00 AEST (or any replacement program broadcast in the 7NEWS timeslot) on the Seven Network from Sunday, 24 November 2024 to Thursday 28th November 2024;
(ii) collect the codeword announced during the Program on each date set out in the below table;

(iii) go to 7NEWS.com.au/Amart; and
(iv) Complete all required fields in the competition entry form
3.3 One codeword will be announced on the Program during each Reistration Period and that codeword must be used in entries placed during that Registration Period.
3.4 Entries do not carry over between each daily draw. Entrants must submit an entry within the Registration Period to be in the running for the corresponding daily draw. The table in clause 3.1 provides the Registration Periods for each daily draw.
3.5 Entries are limited to one entry per person per Registration Period throughout the Competition Period.
3.6 For an entry to be considered valid the entrant must specify the codeword announced for that Registration Period when entering. If a codeword is used that is not codeword for the relevant Registation Period, it will render the entry invalid.
3.7 In the event that a codeword does not go to air for any reason, including but not limited to changes in broadcasting, the prize draw for that entry period will be cancelled. Entries received during that entry period will be carried over into the next entry period and the winners for that entry period will be drawn in the following prize draw.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be Five (5) Winners in total, One (1) Winner will be drawn per Registration Period, each Winner will receive the prize detailed in clause 4.2
4.3 Prize can be redeemed in accordance with the Sponsors terms and conditions (www.amartfurniture.com.au/gift-card)
4.4 In accepting the prize, the Winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 The Winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.6 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s and Sponsors requirements.
4.7 The Competition is a game of chance, Winners will be selected at random and notified directly by Ansible Pty Ltd via email.
4.8 The Winners will be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter and/or Ansible Pty Ltd upon request to be eligible to claim a prize.
4.9 The Promoter may require prize Winners to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.10 The promoter may vary these terms and conditions at its discretion, subject to state government legislation
4.11 The prize is not exchangeable.
4.12 Once Winners have accepted their prize, Ansible Pty Ltd will send the Winners their prizes via email as
a digital voucher.
4.13 Once the prize is accepted, the Winner must deal directly with Ansible Pty Ltd and/or The Sponsor as
distributer of the prizing.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be Five (5) Winners in total, One (1) per Registration Period, selected throughout the competition. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received (online) during the corresponding Registration Period. Winners will receive one of the prizes detailed in clause 4.2.

Total maximum prize pool value for the prize is $5,000.00 (including GST). Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
5.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Competition Period will be entered into the prize draw. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions, may be deemed invalid and a re-draw will be conducted in its place.
5.3 The daily prize draws will take place at 10:15 AEST on the dates stipulated in the table below at Ansible Pty Ltd, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.

5.4 The Winners will be notified by email and/or phone call from Ansible Pty Ltd from 11:00 AEST of the relevant prize draw. All Winners will be published on the 7NEWS website within five (5) business days of the final prize draw.
5.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.6 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequent to a Winner being notified or a Winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the Winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, an additional draw will be conducted.
5.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.8 Subject to state government legislation the Winners must accept their prize before Monday 27th Janurary 2025. In the event of an unclaimed prize, an unclaimed prize draw will take place Ansible Pty Ltd, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 on Monday 27th Janurary 2025 at 10:15 AEST.
5.9 The new Winners will be notified by email and phone call from 11:00 AEST of the un-claimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize Winner’s details will be on the 7NEWS website within five (5) business days of the unclaimed prize draw.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, COVID 19, pandemic, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 The Promoter and Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Promoter and Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
entrants or any other person; or
e) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines
or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Promoter and Sponsor and its associated agencies and companies assumes no responsibility for any
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
