Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate
family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle,
aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences 6am (ACST) Tuesday 19 November and closes 11:59pm (ACST)
Wednesday 25 December 2024.
Eligible entrants must:
a. Register via the Kakadu Tourism website: https://kakadutourism.com/territory-giveaway-

b. Follow Kakadu Tourism, Ethical Adventures, Kakadu Air and Mercure Darwin on Instagram
or Facebook
c. Entrants are given a maximum of 10 bonus entries for sharing to their Instagram story
d. Comply with the terms and conditions and all information entered must be valid, complete
and accurate. Any invalid, incomplete or inaccurate entries will be automatically disqualified
from the competition.
e. Agree to receive marketing communications from Kakadu Tourism, Ethical Adventures,
Kakadu Air and Tourism NT. You have the right to unsubscribe or unfollow at any time.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of employment and residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe
has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged
in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure
by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and
is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or
any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically register or
enter is prohibited and will render all entries invalid.
Prize 1 is for 2 adults travelling together between 1 January and 30 April 2025 and consists of:
• 1x Night stay at Mercure Darwin Airport Resort in a Deluxe Suite with Breakfast
Included—Valued at up to $400/Night
• 1x Overnight Wild & Free - Litchfield and Kakadu tour with Ethical Adventures (pick-up
and drop-off in Darwin, check website for selected operating dates throughout January
and April)—Valued at $1550/person
o 1x Night stay at Cooinda Lodge in a Lodge Room (included in the 2-day tour)
o 1 x Early Morning Yellow Water Cruise for two people (included in the 2-day
tour)
o 1x Scenic Flight with Kakadu Air for two people —Valued at $259/person (T&C:
At least two other paying passengers need to be booked on the flight to redeem
this voucher. Reservation cancelled inside 24 hours from departure will forfeit
payment in full. This voucher is valisd until 25 April 2025 and can only be used if
2 paying customers are booked on the same flight).
Total prize value up to $4,000 for 2 people.
Prize 2 is for 2 adults travelling together between 1 January and 30 April 2025 and consists of:
• 1x Night Stay at Mercure Darwin Airport Resort in Deluxe Bungalow with Breakfast
Included—Valued at up to $300/Night
• 2x Nights Stay at Mercure Kakadu Crocodile Hotel—Valued at up to $260/Night
• 1x Early Morning Yellow Water Cruise for two people—Valued at $258
• Voucher to Manjmukmuk Restaurant and Bar—Valued at $50, redeemable on
breakfast, lunch, dinner or bar menu.
Total prize value up to $1,128 for 2 people.
Prizes are redeemable directly with Kakadu Tourism. Please allow 5 working days for your
booking to be confirmed.
Prizes are valid for travel 1 January 2025 - 30 April 2025, subject to availability.
Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the prize winner including but not
limited to spending money, gratuities, services charges, items of a personal nature, in-room
charges, travel insurance, pre- and post-accommodation, optional activities or excursions, and
all other ancillary costs.
If for any reason, once the prize has been booked, you do not take the prize or an element of
the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and
will not be redeemable for cash.
The prize draw will take place at 9am (ACST) Friday 27 December 2024 and will be published
on Kakadu Tourism Website and Instagram page by 9am Monday 30 December 2024.
A re-draw will take place if the prize winner is not able to be contacted within 3 days of the
original draw date.
