TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 Eligible State: New South Wales

 Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however only one (1) entry will be accepted in the prize draw specified in the Draw Details.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
  Website Entry and Draw
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website and fully complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required.
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry and Draw
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, and complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required.
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
The Promoter will conduct the draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
 10. Entry Restrictions
   One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows:
• By 12:00pm AEDT Tuesday 3 December 2024 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first four (4) valid entries drawn will be awarded a Prize.
   There are four (4) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Two (2) x tickets to NYE with Havana Brown and Tigerlily at The Star (20-80 Pyrmont St, Pyrmont NSW 2009) on Tuesday 31 December 2024 (Event), each ticket valued at up to $75 AUD (incl. GST).
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $150 (incl. GST).

  Prize Restrictions
Clauses 8 - 15
 Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on Tuesday 31 December 2024. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
No Transfer Component
The winner and their companion/s (where applicable) must make their own way to and from the Event. There is no transfer component included as part of the Prize.
COVID-19
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Prize Supplier’s Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue or ticket terms and conditions

   Winners’ names will be published on the Website.

   Unclaimed Prize Draw

   The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted by 12:00 pm AEDT Wednesday 11 December 2024 at the Promoter’s premises.

  Additional Conditions
  Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
