2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only who meet the entry requirements.
Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors, and their immediate families of the
Promoter, its related bodies corporate, prize suppliers, and agencies associated with this
competition are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition commences at 12:01 AM AEDT on Sunday, 1st of December 2024, and
concludes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 1st of December 2024.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available on the Giveaway landing
page on Speedcafe.com during the competition period. Entrants will automatically be
subscribed to Speedcafe.com's newsletter and your details will be shared with Truck Assist for
marketing purposes upon submitting the form.
5. Prize
● Prize: Valued at $650
● The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater
value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
● The winner will be determined by a random draw, which will take place on Monday, 2nd
of December 2024, at Speedcafe.com, 133 Champions Way, Willowbank QLD 4306.
● The winner will be notified immediately by telephone and in writing.
7. Publication of Results
● The winner's name will be published on Speedcafe.com competition landing page by
5:00 PM AEDT on Monday, 2nd of December 2024.
8. Claiming the Prize
● The winner has one week from the date of notification to claim their prize.
● If the prize is not claimed within this period, a redraw will take place at Speedcafe.com,
133 Champions Way, Willowbank QLD 4306, on Monday, 9th of December 2024.
9. Redraw
● In the event of a redraw, the new winner will be notified immediately by telephone, and
their details will be published on Speedcafe.com competition landing page.
10. Privacy
● By entering, participants consent to their details being added to Speedcafe.com's
newsletter subscription list and also shared with Truck Assist for marketing purposes.
● Personal information will be handled in accordance with Speedcafe.com’s Privacy Policy
found on the footer of the main website.

● The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
