This December, we're celebrating the festive season with 12 prize giveaways from across the world of Disney; because more of the Disney magic makes for merrier Christmas holidays.

From 1-12 December, we will reveal the details of one prize per day.

Terms & Conditions:

Entry is open from 1 December 2024 at 09:00 am AEDT and closes on 12 December 2024 at 11:59 pm AEDT. Entry can only be made during the Competition Period.
 
  You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting an entry, be a resident of Australia, be a Disney+ subscriber with an active entitlement at the time of entry and as of the Selection Date, not be ineligible under clause 4 of the Standard Terms and Conditions and must not have breached these Terms and Conditions. By “resident” we mean Australian citizens and permanent residents.
   How to Enter
  During the Competition Period, eligible entrants must:
i. Go to the competition page located at
https://signup.disney.com.au/disney-plus-12-days-of-perks- competition (the “Competition Page”); and
ii. Enter their contact details including first name, last name, postcode, phone number and email address on the Competition Page as directed;
(the “Entry”).
Failure to include all of the above mentioned information will result in the Entry
being deemed invalid.
The prize draw and the unclaimed prize for the Competition will be conducted electronically on their respective selection dates by Anouconcept as trustee for The Anou Unit Trust (“Agency”) at the Location (as set out in Item L). The Winner will be selected from the valid Entries submitted to the Competition by a random selection computer program.
The draw will be conducted in the presence of a scrutineer who is not associated with Disney or otherwise involved in the Competition.

One (1) per person per day during the Competition Period. Max 12 entries per person. Each person is eligible to win one (1) prize, subject to state legislation.
   Prize Details
   There will be twelve (12) prizes (each a “Prize”) to be won and will be awarded in the following order Each day during the Competition Period, the full details of one (1) Prize will be published on the Competition Page. The full details of all prizes will be published prior to the end of the Competition Period.
PRIZE ONE: Mystery Travel Experience and Ticket Prize
• A trip for up to two (2) adults (one of which is the winner) and up to two (2) children (aged between 5 and 17 years of age) (together, the “Group”) travelling together on the same itinerary, plus ticket prize pack, valued at a maximum of $3,240, inclusive of GST.
  
Terms and Conditions – Game of Chance
      PRIZE TWO:
● One (x1) Mystery Merchandise Pack valued up to a maximum of AUD$2500, inclusive of GST.
PRIZE THREE: Mystery Live Event Experience Prize
• Mystery live event experience in the state closest to the Winner’s residential address out of Victoria, Western Australia or South Australia. If the Winner does not reside in one of these states, flights, accommodation and transfers will also be included in the prize experience, valued at a maximum of AUD$2,350, inclusive of GST.
PRIZE FOUR:
● One (x1) Mystery Merchandise Pack, valued up to a maximum of AUD$1500, inclusive of GST.
PRIZE FIVE:
● One (x1) Mystery Merchandise Pack valued up to AUD$1,000, inclusive of GST.
PRIZE SIX:
• One (x1) Mystery Merchandise Pack valued up to AUD$750, inclusive of GST.
PRIZES SEVEN - TEN: Four (4) x mystery merch and/or ticket prize packs, each valued up to a maximum of AUD$500 inclusive of GST
PRIZES ELEVEN - TWELVE: Two (2) x mystery merch prize packs, each valued up to a maximum of AUD$350 inclusive of GST
(together, the “Prize”).
The Prize is valued at a total of maximum AUD$ $14,040 (inclusive of GST).
The Prize excludes:
o any domestic flights within the winner’s country of residence or
any other transportation from/to the winner’s residence to/from
the Departure Airport;
o baggage fees;
o insurance (health, travel, medical);
o parking fees;
o room service, laundry service, or spa treatments;
o food or beverages;
o merchandise, souvenirs;
o incidental expenses;
o local or long-distance telephone calls;
o tips, gratuities, service charges;
o federal, state and local taxes, except as expressly stated in the
Prize; and
o costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Prize.
   F. Winners Selection 13 December 2024 at 2:00pm AEDT (the “Selection Date”).
  
Terms and Conditions – Game of Chance
   Notification of Winners
   The winners will be notified by phone and via email on or around 13 December 2024 (the “Notification Date”). The winners will be contacted no later than 14 December 2024.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners.
   Publication Details (if applicable)
  The winners’ last names, the initials of their first names and their postcodes will be published on the Competition Page within 30 days of the Winners Selection and Unclaimed Prize Draw and will remain published on the Competition Page for a minimum of 28 days from the Notification Date.
If there is no Winner, Disney will publish this information on the Competition Page.

Upon notification by Disney (as detailed at Item G), winners must claim their Prize by 11:59pm AEDT on 27 December 2024.
    Unclaimed Prize Draw
   If for whatever reason any Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, or the entrant is deemed ineligible to enter the Competition and claim a Prize, an unclaimed prize draw for the relevant Prize will be carried out on 28 December 2024 at 12:00pm AEDT.
The winner of the Prize will be notified in writing within 7 days of winning and will be provided with details on how to claim the Prize.
If the Prize is not claimed as part of this unclaimed prize draw Disney, in its sole discretion, will forfeit that Prize and no substitute will be offered.
