1. Ellison Studios Group Pty Ltd is the Promoter (ABN: [57 616 412 009], Address: [10/198-222 Young Street, Waterloo]).
2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms. In case of any conflict, these terms take precedence.

ELIGIBILITY  

3. Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees (and immediate family) of the Promoter, ELLISON STUDIOS.
4. Winners may be asked to provide proof of identity and residency. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.

COMPETITION PERIOD

5. Entries open at 7:00am AEDT, December 4, 2024, and close at 7:00am AEDT, December 9, 2024. The winner will be announced on December 9, 2024.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for late or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions.

7. To enter, participants must:

    ii. Like and comment on the Giveaway post
    iii. Share the Giveaway post to your IG Stories tagging @ellisonstudios
    iv. Sign-up to our community.  
8. Entries must comply with these terms. Invalid entries will not qualify. Limited to one entry per email address.

PRIZE

9. One FLOAT Sofa (4-Seat or 3-Piece Modular Sofa) in Avalon Piccolo, valued between $6,599 and $9,999. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to availability and lead times.
11. Estimated delivery time is March 2025.

DRAW AND NOTIFICATION

12. The winner will be selected at random at the ELLISON STUDIOS. office and announced on Instagram Stories on December 9, 2024.
13. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 24 hours of the draw.
14. If the winner cannot be contacted within three months, a redraw will occur.

OTHER

15. By entering, participants agree to these terms and grant permission for their name to be used in the announcement in the closure of the promotion.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time.
17. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Pinterest.
18. Any personal information you provide in the course of this competition will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. You agree that the Promoter will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as the winner.
