How to enter    To enter the Promotion, each entrant must, during the Promotion Period buy:
 4 x 3 L ULTRATHOR X™ ADVANCED FLOW Water-Based Termiticide and Insecticide. (one entry per 12 L)
OR
4 x 5 L MAXXTHOR ® Termiticide & Insecticide (one entry per 20 L)
OR
4 X 3 L PROTHOR™ 200 SC TERMITICIDE (one entry per 12 L)
OR
4 x 5 L DELTATHOR™ Insecticide (one entry per 20 L)
OR
4 x 5 L CYPERTHOR™ Insecticide (one entry per 20 L)
Each purchase will secure one entry.

Receipt of entries    The time each entry is received will be at the end of each day throughout the promotion period except the final day.  
Prize(s) – description     There will be ONE (1) prize draw. The first valid entry drawn will win a BIRCHMEIER A 75 Battery-powered Wheelbarrow Spray Unit valued at $5,995 inc GST.
Total number of Prizes    There is ONE (1) prize to be won as part of the promotion.
Total Prize Pool    Total prize value $5,995 inc GST
Prize Draw    The Prize Draw is to take place on or about 12 pm AEDT on Tuesday 24 December 2024 via live video stream on Facebook.
Notifying winners    Within 7 business days of the Prize Draw, the winner will be notified by phone and / or email.

1. Information on how to enter and Prize details form part of these terms and conditions.

2. By participating in the Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions include the Schedule above.

3. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.

4. Where there is an inconsistency between the Schedule and Parts A to J of these terms and conditions, the Schedule will prevail.

PART B - PRIVACY AND COLLECTION NOTICE
5. The Promoter will collect and use each entrant’s personal information for the purposes of:
(a) conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in relation to the Promotion; and
(b) providing information about the products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies and its affiliated retailers; and
(c) research to improve its products and services.

6. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information as described in clause 5.
