Competition Terms and Conditions

    Promoter

This competition is conducted by Lisa Kay Allen t/as Freez Clothing Company (the ‘Promoter’). 2. Competition Period

The competition begins at 12:00 AM AEST on December 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on December 31, 2024.

    Eligibility

    Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older. ● Employees of Freez Clothing Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

    How to Enter

    Place an order on the Freez.com.au website between December 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
    Each order placed during the competition period counts as one (1) entry. ● There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

    Prize

    One (1) winner will receive a $1500 credit to be used on Freez.com.au. ● The credit must be used within 12 months of issuance and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    Winner Selection and Notification

    The winner will be drawn at random on January 1, 2025, and contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

    Prize Conditions

    The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner only.
    The $1500 credit is to be used exclusively for any products listed on Freez.com.au. ● The credit cannot be used for postage costs or any associated costs related to the exchange of items.
    Any remaining credit after 12 months will be forfeited.

    Use of Personal Information

    Freez Clothing Company will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the website.

    General Conditions

    The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
    Freez Clothing Company is not responsible for technical or delivery issues that may affect entries.
