CHRISTMAS SPEND & WIN CONTEST
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1) Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2) This competition is being run at Armada Arndale, 470 Torrens Road, Kilkenny SA 5009 (The ‘Centre’).
How to Enter
3) People may enter the competition by spending a minimum of $70 or more on the same day in multiple
receipts (excludes supermarkets). Customers must log on to the contest page to submit contest form and
receipts. Entry is only valid for submissions accompanied with uploaded receipts on the same day.
Supermarket receipts are not allowed. Full name, address, phone number and any other required contact
details must be stated clearly on the entry form.
4) Customers with legitimate reasons for being unable to participate in the online contest can visit the Centre
Management Office on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm to submit their contest forms in person.
5) The competition commences at 9am on Monday 25th November and concludes at 5pm (ACST) Tuesday
24th December 2024. Last entries are to be received by 5:00pm (ACST) Tuesday 24 th December 2024.
6) Each entrant must upload receipts as proof of purchase and may submit as many entries as they wish
provided they do not use each set of Verifying Material to validate more than one entry.
7) The following transactions are excluded:
a. Purchases from supermarkets.
b. Purchases from non-participating retailers and service providers (such as banks, lotteries some
services retailers and entertainment);
c. ATM transactions.
d. Bill payments;
e. Lay by purchases, if minimum deposit is less than $35.00 on an individual lay by purchase; and
f. Gift voucher and tobacco purchases.
8) Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated
companies and contractors of the Promoter, retailers at the Centre and any other agencies associated
with this competition may participate in the Gift component of the campaign but are ineligible to enter the
draw for the Prize.
9) An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will
not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims
for the Gift and/or Prize and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry
process or for submitting an entry of claim for a prize which is not in accordance with these terms and
conditions.

14) The winners of the competition will be determined by a random draw at the Centre Management office.
15) The draws for all the prizes will take place every Monday, 10am at the Centre Management Office of
Armada Arndale Shopping Centre.
16) The Prize’ must be collected within 1 week from the date of the draw from Centre Management during
Centre trading hours. Photo identification will be required. Failure to collect the Prize within this time will
result in it being forfeited. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for
cash.

17) By entering this campaign and competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and
against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or
that the Promoter may incur any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or
indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize,
or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
18) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with
any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter reserves the right to
refuse to allow the winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its
absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to safely
participate in the prize.
19) The Promoter's decision is final, and no other correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve
the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.

Kilkenny SA 5009 ('Promoter').
Privacy Statement:
By entering the promotion, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information
they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may:
 use this information in delivering marketing communications on behalf of the Promoter via mail,
email and SMS for future marketing and publicity purposes, including for the purposes of conducting
trade promotions and to announce the winning entrant without any future reference or payment or
compensation to the entrant. The information you give us will be treated confidentially. All personal
details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or
correct any information should be directed to that office.
