Terms and Conditions: Enrol in a 2025 Online Program and go in the draw

Entry Period: The competition begins on 22 October 2024 at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on 31
December 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST. Enrolments submitted outside of this period will not be
eligible for inclusion in the competition.
Prize: The prize for the competition is one (1) x AUD1000 Visa Gift Card. The prize is non-
transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Eligibility: To be eligible to win the prize, you must have enrolled in and either paid the deposit
or fully paid for an Improve Veterinary Education Australia 2025 online program on or before 31
December 2024. You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry and meet the enrolment
criteria for your chosen program. Employees of Improve Veterinary Education Australia, Improve
International Group and Animal Emergency Australia and their immediate family members are
not eligible to win the prize.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries on 7 January
2025. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome
of the competition.
Notification: The winner will be notified via their supplied email address and phone by 17
January 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days,
another winner will be selected.
Privacy: By entering this competition, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Any personal
information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act
1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This information will be used solely for the purpose
of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's
consent.
Disqualification: Improve Veterinary Education reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who
voids these terms and conditions or acts in a manner that is disruptive to the competition. If an
entrant withdraws from their online learning program they are ineligible to win the prize money
and should the winner withdraw from their program, the prize money would be withdrawn from
any held deposit/funds.
Amendments: Improve Veterinary Education reserves the right to amend these terms and
conditions at any time without prior notice.
