1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The LANDR Holiday Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of countries where such giveaways are not prohibited by law, who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence). Employees of LANDR ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by LANDR ("Sponsor"), located at 1001 Blvd Robert-Bourassa Suite 2100, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platforms.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Additionally, you agree to accept the decisions of LANDR as final and binding.

5. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on December 9, 2024 at 12:00AM and ends on December 19, 2024 at 11:59PM. All entries must be submitted during the Entry Period to be eligible.

6. HOW TO ENTER
Participants must follow the instructions provided on the official LANDR social media pages or website to enter the Giveaway. This could include actions such as signing up for the LANDR newsletter, following LANDR on social media, or sharing content. Limit one entry per person unless explicitly stated. Automated or bulk entries will result in disqualification.

7. PRIZE
The prize consists of one (1) free download of the plugin(s) specified in the giveaway announcement. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash alternative will be offered. The plugin license may be subject to specific usage terms, which will be included in the download details. LANDR reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of equal or greater value at its discretion.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided during entry (e.g., email or direct message on social media) within [7] days of the drawing. LANDR is not responsible for any winner's failure to receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or any other reason.

If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [7] days of notification, or fails to return any required documents, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. LICENSE AND USE OF THE PLUGINS AND PRODUCTS
By accepting the prize, the winner(s) agree to comply with the LANDR standard end-user license agreement (EULA) for the plugin. The plugin is provided "as is," with no warranties or guarantees, and may not be resold, transferred, or redistributed.

10. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU
By entering this Giveaway, you agree that LANDR and anyone acting on behalf of LANDR may use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional, advertising, and trade purposes without further compensation, notice, or approval, where permitted by law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless LANDR, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability or claim arising out of your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. LANDR is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, or any circumstances that may affect the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

12. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used by LANDR in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.synchroarts.com/privacy-policy, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other relevant international data protection regulations. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

13. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC REGULATIONS
This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in this Giveaway complies with all laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable in their country of residence. LANDR is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applicable to participants based on their location.

14. DISPUTES
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
LANDR reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond LANDR's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by LANDR in its sole discretion. LANDR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Terms and Conditions, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: LANDR, 1001 Blvd Robert-Bourassa Suite 2100, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2024.
