To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion
Period, undertake the following steps:

Download the Westfield application (the “App”), register their details and become a Westfield member (if not done so already). Once registered, they will be provided a member ID. The App is available for free download via the App Store or Google Play. Open the App, using their mobile device, and locate the promotional article “Win A Safari Adventure To The United Kingdom To Celebrate Mufasa”; and then

Click on the article and follow the prompts to complete the entry form, including completing their first and last name and validating their phone number when prompted, before submitting the fully completed entry form

The first valid entry, randomly selected from all valid entries received will win a safari trip to the United Kingdom for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children under 16 years old valued at up to AUD$22,509 depending on date and point of departure and fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. Prize includes the following:

Return economy airfares for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children under 16 years old, from the winner's nearest major international airport (in Australia or New Zealand) to London, United Kingdom;
Four (4) night’s accommodation or up to two (2) adults and two (2) children under 16 years old comprising of:
Two (2) nights in a 4-star hotel in London with breakfast included; and
Two (2) nights in a safari tent lodge at a United Kingdom Wildlife and Safari Reserve in Kent, United Kingdom with a daily breakfast allowance of £25 GBP per person.
All accommodation is provided on the basis that the winner and their guests will share one (1) room as selected by Disney in its sole discretion; and
Wildlife and Safari Reserve experience for the duration of the stay in Kent, including a one (1) hour ziplining adventure. Rental car for up to five (5) days; and
£50 GBP equivalent cash allowance per adult will be provided to contribute towards purchasing travel insurance covering the winner and their guests. The cash allowance will be converted to the winner’s local currency and sent to one nominated bank account. For the avoidance of doubt, travel insurance is not included in the prize and organising such insurance is the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this “Westfield Disney Mufasa” (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) as the case requires.
ELIGIBILITY
2. Subject to condition 3 these Terms and Conditions, this Promotion is only open to Australian residents (excluding NT and TAS) and New Zealand residents aged 21 years or over who can travel to the United Kingdom to take the prize.
3. The following are ineligible: (i) employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, Scentre Group or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) employees of Disney, and each of its respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTION PERIOD
4. This Promotion commences on 27/12/2024 at 9.00am AEDT and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 9/01/2025 (“Promotion Period”).

• Click on the article and follow the prompts to complete the entry form,
including completing their first and last name and validating their phone number when prompted, before submitting the fully completed entry form.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
6. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (b) a maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per person per day.
DRAW DETAILS
7. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 at 12:00pm (noon) AEDT on 13/01/2025 in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
8. The provisional winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter. Provisional winner’s name (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published in the “Win A Safari Adventure To The United Kingdom To Celebrate Mufasa” Provisional Winners Article on the App on 15/01/2025.
PRIZE
9. 10. The winner must contact Disney or its nominated agent, no later than six (6) weeks prior to intended departure, with three (3) preferred travel dates in three (3) separate months, and travel must be completed by 08/01/2026. The prize is subject to booking and flight availability and restrictions and block out dates may apply, including Christmas, New Year or public holidays in the United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand. Bookings on a particular date cannot be guaranteed. If travel is not taken by the specified date, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. If the winner or any guest is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, Disney is under no obligation to provide a suitable alternative or replacement.
11. Travel dates and accommodation will be selected by Disney at its sole discretion, are subject to availability, and must include a Saturday night stay. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates, accommodation, activities and any other component of the prize, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of prize or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Disney’s sole discretion.
12. All prizes, or any unused portion of a prize are non-transferrable and non- refundable. No cash alternative is available for any prize, unless otherwise specified. The prize must be taken as offered. Any prize, unused portion of any prize, or portion of the prize that the winner is not entitled to, are not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash, unless otherwise specified. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Prize values are in Australian Dollars. The prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
13. If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, for whatever reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Disney, at its discretion, Disney reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) for a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any directions given under applicable laws.
