on RedeemX each Monday to be a finalist for the following Friday night Cash Grab promotion.

Current, New and Renewing members of Pittwater RSL will have the chance to play
‘Cash Grab’ with up to $1,000 CASH and 50,000 Pittwater Rewards Points ($500)
loaded into the Whirl Win machine each event.
The promotion will run for 12 weeks from 9 December 2024 to 28 February 2025.
Entries will be issued virtually for the duration of the promotional period.
20 Finalists each week will be drawn for a chance to participate in the ‘Cash Grab’
promotion that Friday. The finalists will print a kiosk ticket and place it in the barrel for
their chance to enter the Whirl Win machine on that Friday night.
The Club will endeavour to notify finalists via Facebook, Email and Phone – if a
member does not have their contact details up to date or is not contactable, no
replacement finalists will be drawn for that week.
Terms and Conditions
1. ENTRY
1.1 Open to all financial members of Pittwater RSL Club over the age of
eighteen (18).
1.2 Members who are suspended, expelled, in grace or ceased are
ineligible to enter the promotion.
1.3 Pittwater RSL Club Directors & their partners, Management & their
partners and Staff are ineligible to participate in the promotion.
1.4 Members must be present on the premises of the Club at the time of
their name being drawn to be eligible to enter the Whirl Win machine
for their chance to play ‘Cash Grab’.
1.5 Members gain virtual entries for the promotion from 10:00am Monday 9
December 2024 until 10am Friday 21 February 2025:
1.5.1.1 All existing members will be issued 1 (one) virtual entry at
10am Monday 9 December
1.5.1.2 All new members who have joined since 1 October 2024 will
be issued 2 (two) virtual entries at 10am Monday 9
December
1.5.1.3 All members who have renewed since 1 October 2024 will be
issued 3 (three) virtual entries at 10am Monday 9 December
1.6 During the promotional period, members will be awarded additional
virtual entries:
1.6.1.1 If a new member advises Guest Services at the time of joining
that they were referred by a current member (including the
details of that member) the current member will receive
additional virtual entries on the next Friday:
1.6.1.1.1 Current Silver Members will be issued 2 (two) virtual entries
1.6.1.1.2 Current Gold Members will be issued 4 (four) virtual entries
1.6.1.1.3 Current Platinum Members will be issued 6 (six) virtual
entries
1.7 Virtual Entries will be valid for the whole promotional period.
1.8 If a member is drawn for the Weekly Cash Grab, one virtual entry will
be deducted from their virtual entry pool.
1.9 In the event a virtual entry needs to be added manually, this will be
completed each Friday. Eligible virtual entries for the first draw will be
collated between Monday 9 December and Thursday 12 December.
Eligible virtual entries for later draws will be collated weekly between
Friday and the following Thursday for entry in the subsequent Monday
draw.
2. WEEKLY CASH GRAB FINALIST DRAW
2.1 Weekly finalist selection draws will be held each Monday from 9
December 2024 until 24 February 2025.
2.2 20 unique members will be drawn electronically using the E-Draw
function on RedeemX each Monday to be a finalist for the following
Friday night Cash Grab promotion.
2.3 The Club will notify the 20 members drawn via Facebook, Phone and
Email
2.4 The 20 members drawn as finalists will be issued a kiosk entry ticket that
will be available to print from 5pm to 6:45pm the next Friday night
which they will place into the barrel to register their interest in
participating in the Cash Grab promotion.
3. WEEKLY CASH GRAB EVENT
3.1 The 20 members who were selected as finalists in that week’s draw will
be able to print their kiosk ticket and place into the barrel from 5pm to
7:55pm however the barrel will close 5 minutes before the 7pm draw.
3.2 There will be 2 draws from the finalist barrel, one at 7pm and one at
8pm.
3.3 The barrel will close 5 minutes before each draw.
3.4 Member drawn must be present at the Club and will have four (4)
minutes to present to the Promotional Display Area of Pittwater RSL
Club to enter the Whirl Win machine. The compere of the evening will
announce the members name again when there is one (1) minute
remaining for the chance to enter the Whirl Win machine.
3.5 The name of the drawn member will be announced via the Club’s PA
system throughout the entire club.
3.6 In the event that the Member does not present themselves to the
Promotional Area within the four (4) minute time frame, a redraw will
take place until a member presents within the four (4) minute time
frame.
3.7 In the event no finalists are present for the draw, no draw will be held at
that time.
3.8 The barrel will be emptied after the final draw each night.
4. CASH GRAB – WHIRL WIN MACHINE
4.1 At the time of each draw, the Host will ruffle and load 100 x $10
‘Pittwater Perks’ notes PLUS 1 x 50K ‘Pittwater Perks’ note.
4.1.1.1 Each $10 ‘Pittwater Perks’ note is valued at $10 Cash
4.1.1.2 The 50K ‘Pittwater Perks’ note is valued at 50,000 Pittwater
Rewards Points ($500 value in points)
4.2 The finalist drawn from the barrel will enter the Whirl Win machine
wearing the goggles provided and place their feet on the indicators.
4.3 The finalist will have 20 seconds from when the Whirl Win machine is
activated to grab as many notes as possible.
4.4 At the conclusion of the 20 seconds, the Host will calculate the amount
of Cash and/or Points awarded.
4.5 The member will be issued their Cash and/or Points prize by the Host
that evening.
4.6 The Whirl Win machine will be cleared of the left over ‘Pittwater Perks’
notes before the next draw.
4.7 A member can nominate a proxy to enter the Whirl Win machine on
their behalf – the proxy must be over 18 years of age. The amount of
winnings from the proxy will be awarded to the member who was
selected as the finalist only.
PRIZE SCHEDULE:
• Promotional period runs for12 weeks with 2 draws each Friday night, one at
7pm and the second at 8pm
• Each Whirl Win event will be loaded with a fresh batch of ‘Pittwater Perks’
notes, comprising $1,000 Cash value (100 x $10) and $500 Pittwater Rewards
Points (1 x 50K) value
• Maximum prize pool is $36,000
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Patrons must have a current Pittwater RSL Club Membership Card to
participate.
2. Pittwater RSL Club (The Club) in its reasonable discretion may (but is not
obliged to) cancel, suspend, terminate, modify or adjourn the promotion of
any of the draw or any processes for the selection of any winner, where
circumstances unexpected by the Club arise in relation to the promotion or a
draw. Unexpected circumstances could include (but are not limited to)
technical difficulties, power outages, infection by computer virus, computer
bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or errors and any
other unexpected circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Club
which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct as planned of the promotion. The Club’s rights are subject to any
direction given under any relevant legislation or in connection with any permit
under which the promotion is conducted.
3. The Club is not responsible for members being located in areas within the
Club’s premises in which PA announcements are not able to be heard, nor for
the audible integrity of those announcements.
4. Prizes are strictly not transferable or negotiable.
5. In the event that the host or employees of the club announce different prize
amounts, prize amounts are as per the Terms and Conditions.
6. A person by claiming or accepting a prize agrees that the Club may use their
name, suburb, photograph, image for the purpose of promoting the Club and
agrees to cooperate with the Club to allow their photo to be taken for those
purposes.
7. To claim entry or prize, members must produce their membership card as proof
of current membership.
8. Members must be present on Club premises at actual time of draw and will
have 4 minutes to claim major draw entry or prize.
9. All draws will be conducted by Apple Server Time (Apple Iphone)
10. Directors & their partners, Management & their partners and Staff of Pittwater
RSL Club Limited are ineligible to enter.
11. In the event that members have any issues with the draw their first point of call
is the host doing the draw to resolve the complaint at that time, in the event
that the complaint has not been resolved only then should the manager be
advised.
12. In the event that Management of Pittwater RSL Club deem that participants
are acting in a manner not in the spirit of the promotion via collusion or other
such means, Pittwater RSL Club reserves the right to suspend conducting any
portion of this promotion until such time as a proper investigation can be
completed into any such act.
13. In all cases, the decision of the most Senior Manager on premises at the time of
the draw is absolute. All decisions are final.
14. Members awarded entry/ prize winnings may be published on the Club’s
website and/or Social Media within 14 days of the draw
