TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years of age or older, where the Channel Seven (and affiliates) signal is received (“Entrant”).
2.2 Employees and their Immediate Family Members of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), NFL Australia (“NFL”), Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In clause 2.2 “Immediate Family Members” includes a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 To be eligible to enter, Entrants must also be able to participate in the Prize (as defined in clause 4.1).
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Friday, 10 January 2025 at 5:30am AEDT and concludes on
Thursday, 16 Janurary 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT (“Competition Period”).
3.2 COMPETITION ENTRY: In order to enter the Competition, Entrants must:
• Viewers will be directed to the designated competition page on the Sunrise website (www.sunrise.com.au) and register their full name, address (including postcode), a valid email address and telephone number; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question “Tell us in 25 words of less why you should go to the Superbowl?”.
• Tick the check box confirming they are able to participate in the prize, departing from Australia on Thursday 6th February 2025.
3.3 Entries must be received by Thursday, 16 Janurary 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT.
3.4 Entrants can only enter the competition, once per person, per day.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the Entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other
parties.
(d) have full consent of any individual shown in the submitted content.
3.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the Entrant.
3.7 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or
inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.8 The prize winners acknowledge that their entry may be shown on air during the Sunrise broadcast and consent to this use.
3.9 Neither the Promoter, Sponsor, Ansible Pty Ltd nor any Prize supplier are responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that may be lost or damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid.
PRIZES
There is one (1) prize to be won in this Competition, being a trip to the 2025 Super Bowl in New Orleans, comprised of the following:

Merch prize pack $1,000 spending money
TOTAL MAXIMUM PRIZE POOL VALUE UP TO: $30,0000 AUD
Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or traded for an alternative prize by the Winner.
Both the Winner and their travelling companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of departure for the Prize and they must each satisfy all additional applicable requirements and terms and conditions arising in connection with any of the Prize components.
Winner and travel companion must be able to travel to New Orleans, departing Australia Thursday 6 February 2025, and returning to Australia on Wednesday 12 February 2025. If the Winner is unable to complete the travel on the specified dates, they will forfeit the Prize in its entirety and a rejudging will take place to select a Valid winner.
The Prize is based on two (2) people sharing twin/double rooms in all accommodation. The prize does not include any optional extras or upgrades that are not specified on the itinerary.
Prize inclusions and details are correct as of Wednesday, 4 December 2024 but are subject to change without advance notice.
The Prize only includes accommodation as specified in these terms and conditions. If the Winner requires accommodation on additional nights, the Winner must organise their own accommodation and this will be at their own cost.
Unless specified, the Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses incurred including but not limited to taxes, transport, accommodation, meals, beverages, excess travel insurance, passports, excess baggage, and items of a personal nature are the sole responsibility of the Entrant.
Any specified Prize components are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependent on availability. If any part of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the item with an item to the equal or greater value.
Winner must confirm travel dates within twelve (12) days of accepting the prize. Once travel dates are confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those travelling are not changeable.
Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
The Winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and, unless specified otherwise, are responsible to organize transfers and cover associated costs for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure.
The Winner, or their travelling companion, may be required to provide a credit card in order to check- in at the accommodation for a security deposit, and to cover any incidental charges.
The Winner must provide their bank details for EFT spending money. It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure the bank details they provide are correct.
Air tickets are economy class and available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. The Prize organiser has the right to determine the airline carrier at its discretion. In the event that a Winner requests a specific carrier, any subsequent or additional fees and taxes, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the Winner. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airline’s departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points may not be available for the booked flights. Neither the Promoter nor the Prize supplier is responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result (including accommodation costs)
will be the responsibility of the Winner.
4.16 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner and travelling companion must comply with all
the conditions of use of the Prize, the Prize supplier’s requirements, and all reasonable directions given by the Promoter and any Prize supplier during the course of their participation in the Prize, including all directions relation to behaviour or safety. The Promoter and the Prize supplier each reserve the right to disqualify, sanction and/or remove the Winner and/or their travelling companion at any time from participating in the Prize on the grounds of inappropriate behaviour, for safety reasons, or for breach of any applicable requirements or terms and conditions. If the Winner and/or their travelling companion are unable to use any element of the Prize, the balance of the Prize will be forfeited with no compensation payable.
4.17 The Promoter, NFL and their associated agencies and companies or any organization or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) (including any Prize supplier) make no representation as to the safety conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
4.18 It is each traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any necessary visas, vaccinations, passports, and any associated costs are the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companion. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
4.19 Neither the Promoter, NFL nor any Prize supplier accepts responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance or redemption of the Prize, or this Competition. Independent financial advice should be sought by the Winner prior to accepting the Prize. Neither the Promoter, the NFL nor any Prize supplier accept responsibility for any variation in Prize value.
4.20 In the event that an element of the Prize outlined in clause 4.1 above is, for any reason, cancelled, postponed or not available, that element(s) of the Prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, a Winner does not take an element of their Prize within the time period stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
4.21 By participating in Competition, the Winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.22 The Winner agrees that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organization.
4.23 The Winner must provide valid identification to the Promoter upon the Promoter’s request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.24 Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these terms and conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
5.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details
in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Competition.
5.3 The Prize Winner will be the best valid entry as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the
Promoter who is deemed the worthiest, at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh
NSW 2015 on Thursday, 16 Janurary 2025 from 12:00pm AEDT.
5.4 The Winner may be announced during the live Sunrise broadcast between 5:30am AEDT and 9:00am
AEDT on Friday, 17 Janurary 2025.
5.5 The Winner will be contacted via email and phone call by the Promoter to accept their Prize and
organise Prize fulfillment within two (2) business days of the Winner Judging. The Winner will be
published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of the Winner Judging.
5.6 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the
result.
5.7 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequent to a Winner being
notified or a Winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the Winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In such circumstances, except where the Promotor has selected additional reserve entries as set out above, an additional judging will be conducted.
5.8 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.9 As the prize is event based, the Winner must claim their Prize by midday AEDT on Thursday 23 Janurary 2025. If the Prize is not claimed by that time, an unclaimed Prize judging will take place Seven Network, 8 Central Avenue Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia on Thursday 23 January 2025 at 12:15pm AEDT.
5.10 The unclaimed Prize winner, if any, will be notified by email and phone call within two (2) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging. The unclaimed Prize winner’s details will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, COVID 19, pandemic, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to applicable law.
6.2 The Promoter, the NFL, and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for Prizes lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 The Promoter, the NFL and their associated agencies and companies (including any Prize supplier) will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the judging;
b) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the Prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
Entrants or any other person; or
e) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines
or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this Competition.
6.4 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies assumes no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to applicable law.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to applicable law.
