Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Duration of promotion
The promotion commences on Monday, 13 January 2025, and closes at midnight AEST on Sunday, 19 January 2025. The winners will
be selected on Monday, 20 January 2025.

Details of Prizes
Ten (10) prize winners will receive;
- 1X Marvel: The Infinity Saga: Collector's Edition 15-Book Boxset (Marvel Studios)– ISBN 9781761206665 – RRP $120.00.
Winners
Judging will occur at the Promoter’s premises on Monday20 January 2025. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in
determining the winners. Each entry will be judged on its creative merit. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the
competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified via the entrant's method of entry within two (2) business days of the giveaway closing date. If the winner
does not reply within seven (7) business days, another winner will be selected and contacted.
Please note: Scholastic Australia will not pass on your personal details to any third party. Personal details are only used to
identify winners.
Postage
The promoter will be responsible for the delivery of the prize to the winners. Delivery of the prize may take up to six weeks.
Other
All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If
the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a
prize of equal or greater value.
