Entrants and any companions (if applicable) If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize.

Maximum Number of Entries: Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.

For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, entrants must listen to Smallzy’s Surgery between 8:00pm and 10:00pm AEDT on weeknights (Monday – Friday) and listen out for the nightly code word (Code Word), which will be announced on-air by representatives of the Promoter.
Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:

Website Entry

During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the questions:

“What was tonight’s code word?”
AND
AND/OR
“Where do YOU want to fly to in 2025 and why?”

Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required under the ‘win’ tab on the Nova Player App and answer, in 25 words or less, the questions:
AND/OR
Phone Entry
“What was tonight’s code word?”
AND
Where do YOU want to fly to in 2025 and why?”
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the questions in 25 words or less:

If an entrant does not provide the correct Code Word that was announced that weeknight, their entry will be deemed invalid by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion).
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Appear On-Air
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) Representatives of the Promoter will select up to the ten (10) of the ‘best’ entries (as judged in accordance with the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant);
(b) Representatives of the Promoter will contact the Selected Entrants on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
(c) if the Selected Entrant participates in an on-air segment for the purpose of the Promotion, they will be a finalist (Finalist); and
(d) if the Selected Entrant does not participate in an on-air segment for the purpose of the Promotion, they will not be considered a Finalist.
Appear on pre-recorded segment
Between 10:00pm AEDT Thursday 6 February 2025 and 5:00pm AEDT Friday 7 February 2025, representatives of the Promoter (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) Review the original Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries of the Finalists;
(b) select the Finalist with the most original, suitable and creative response (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to be deemed the winner and be awarded the Prize (Selected Finalist); and
(c) contact the Selected Finalist on their Personal Contact Number and invite them to appear on-air in a pre-recorded segment. The pre-recorded segment will air on Friday 7 February 2025 between 8:00pm and 10:00pm AEDT; and
(d) If the Selected Finalist participates in a pre-recorded segment (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and be awarded a Prize.

Entry Restrictions
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Between 8:00pm AEDT and 10:00pm AEDT on weekdays during the Promotion Period. AND/OR
Between 10:00am AEDT and 8:00pm AEDT on Friday 7 February 2025.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.

Judging: All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 12:00pm AEDT Friday 7 February 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
