TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. La Trobe Financial Services Pty Limited ABN 30 006 479 527 (La Trobe Financial) of Level 25, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, is the promoter of the Lottery. A Day On The Green festival is an event created and organised by Roundhouse Entertainment Pty Ltd ABN 70 091 162 702 of 9 Dundas Lane, Albert Park VIC 3206, (Roundhouse) and Mushroom Creative House Pty Ltd ABN 75 120 483 589 is the agent acting on behalf of Roundhouse Entertainment. Mushroom Creative House will provide the prize to the Winner on La Trobe Financials’ behalf.
2. This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (Terms) into the Promotion.
3. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms.
4. Eligible Entrants are responsible for ensuring their familiarity with the Terms at the time of participation. La Trobe Financial’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Terms generally.
Prize
5. The total maximum retail value of the Lottery prize pool is $4,879.80 (excluding GST) as at January 2025, depending on the options set out in paragraph 7 below.
6. Mushroom Creative House will provide the Lottery prize to the Winner of the Draw.
7. There is one (1) A Day On The Green: Roxette Experience to be awarded to one (1) winner drawn from the Lottery which will include the following:
a. two (2) General Admission tickets to see Roxette at A Day On The Green festival (the Event) on 15 March 2025 at Bimbadgen, Hunter Valley, New South Wales, valued at $279.80;
b. two (2) nights twin-share accommodation at a 4 star hotel selected by Mushroom Creative House, valued at up to $1,400;
c. if the Winner resides outside of New South Wales, two (2) return economy class flights for the Winner and their companion from the nearest Australian airport valued at up to $2,200.00;
d. if the Winner resides outside of New South Wales, return transfers from the arrival airport to the accommodation for two (2), valued at up to $800.00; and
e. return transfers for two (2) between the accommodation and A Day On The Green festival, valued at up to $200.00, (collectively, Prize).
8. The transfers, flights and accommodation will be booked by Mushroom Creative House at its discretion.
9. Alternative ticketing will be arranged should the winner require accessibility tickets.
Eligible Entrants
10. Eligible Entrants are individuals who:
a. are permanent Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of La Trobe Financial, Roundhouse or Mushroom Creative House and their immediate family; and
b. submit an entry into the Lottery using the prescribed entry form.
11. If you are an Eligible Entrant and satisfy all entry requirements then, subject to these Terms you can enter into the Lottery for a chance to win the Prize.
Entry into the Lottery
12. Completed entry forms must be submitted between 10:00am (AEDT) on 22 January 2025 and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 23 February 2025 (Entry Period).
13. Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Lottery when they complete the entry form. Eligible Entrants may only enter the draw once. Incomplete or indecipherable entries, as determined in the sole discretion of La Trobe Financial, will be deemed invalid.
14. The Lottery draw will be conducted electronically by a La Trobe Financial representative at 12:30pm (AEDT) on 24 February 2025, or as soon thereafter as practicable at La Trobe Financial’s office on 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Draw).
15. One (1) Eligible Entrant will be selected at random and will be chosen as the winner (Winner) from an electronic draw of Eligible Entrants.
16. Should a redraw be required in circumstances where an invalid, or ineligible entrant is drawn, or in the event the Winner does not claim the Prize, a redraw will be conducted electronically by a La Trobe Financial representative at 12:30pm (AEDT) on 4 March 2025, at La Trobe Financial’s office on 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Confirming Winner and Prize Collection
17. La Trobe Financial will contact the Winner via email and telephone within two (2) business days of the Draw. The Winner will be permitted three (3) business days to accept the Prize. If the Winner accepts the Prize, La Trobe Financial will publish the Winner’s details on La Trobe Financial’s website within seven (7) days of the Draw.
18. If a Winner has failed to provide confirmation of acceptance and any other information requested by La Trobe Financial in order to verify their identity within three (3) business days, they shall forfeit their Prize, and they will no longer be a Winner. The first runner up of the draw will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) business days after the Prize has been forfeited by the Winner. This will continue until an Eligible Entrant drawn from the Draw has accepted the Prize. The Prize remains the property of Mushroom Creative House until claimed by a Winner.
19. Any expenses related to the Prize, collecting the Prize or enjoying the Prize (including but not limited to meals, entertainment, insurance (including travel insurance), other travel and accommodation, incidentals, gratuities, services charges, optional extras, transfers, passports, vaccinations, COVID-19 tests, other spending money, freights, excess baggage, government taxes, departure taxes, ground transportation (including to and from airports), any tax liabilities, airport charges, any applicable surcharges and any other related costs) that fall outside of the items listed at paragraph 7 above will be borne by the Winner. La Trobe Financial, Roundhouse or Mushroom Creative House are not responsible for any cancellation, delay or re-scheduling of flights and any costs incurred as a result (including without limitation accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
20. Mushroom Creative House and/or La Trobe Financial reserve the right in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process. Mushroom Creative House may require the Winner and their companion to provide identification as requested by Roundhouse or Mushroom Creative House including (without limitation) proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Mushroom Creative House’s discretion.
21. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
22. Where a prize includes a ticket, ticket allocation is at Roundhouse and Mushroom Creative House’s sole discretion. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Roundhouse or Mushroom Creative House, can be re-sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, charity fundraising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the Winner or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Roundhouse’s usual ticketing and venue terms and conditions apply to all tickets provided under this Lottery and by accepting tickets Entrants agree to be bound by their respective terms, including any applicable age restrictions.
23. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner and their companion must comply with all of the conditions of use for the Prize. Roundhouse and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the Winner (and/or his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize.
24. Travel advisory: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Roundhouse, Mushroom Creative House or La Trobe Financial will not be liable to provide any substitute prize or compensation of any kind should travel to the Event
