TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of conditions. Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd, of Level 2, 509 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria 3004, is the Promoter (“Promoter”) and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice. 
The Competition ("Competition") is open to legal residents of Australia, who have reached 18 years of age (or in the event that a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded if the consent of his or her legal guardian is first given and obtained) as of the beginning of the Competition Period, and who are not an employee of or domiciled with an employee of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies or the Promotion Partners. No purchase is necessary. Multiple entries per entrant are permitted, however entrants are only able to win once. The Competition is subject to compliance in all instances with applicable law.   
The Competition Period runs from Wednesday 29 January 2025 at 10:00am AEDT to Sunday 9 February 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT ("Competition Closing Date").  
The Competition will be run on Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd official website www.webjet.com.au. With two (2) winners selected.
To enter participants must fill out the form on www.webjet.com.au/deals/competition/ including their contact information, state and the text field box: Describe in 30 words or less what your dream Pride Flight experience would look like.
Following the conclusion of the Competition, Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd will select two (2) winners, based on the criteria of the most creative submission. The judging will be conducted on Wednesday 12 February 2025 at Level 2, 509 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant. The winners will be notified via email by Wednesday 12 February 2025 17:00 AEDT. The winner will also be published on webjet.com.au/travel-toolbox/competitions once the prize has been claimed. The winner must claim their prize by Saturday 15 February 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT. Three attempts will be made to contact the prize winner. If the prize remains unclaimed by Saturday 15 February 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT, the Promoter will select the next best entry. This may take place on Monday 17 February 2025 at the same time and place as the original selection.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
There will be two (2) winners, both of which will receive the following prize (“Main Prize) two (2) return economy class airfares to Sydney (SYD) on Virgin Australia's Pride Flight, departing 28 February 2025 (from either Melbourne (MEL) or Brisbane (BNE) based on the state provided by the winner in their entry); and one (1) Deluxaroo King room at Ovolo Woolloomooloo for two (2) nights.
The Main Prize is subject to the following restrictions:
Main Prize Component 1: Virgin Australia | Two (2) return economy class airfares from Melbourne or Brisbane to Sydney with Virgin Australia on Pride Flight 2025
The flight component of the Main Prize is valued at AUD $1,500.
Travel must be booked and confirmed by 15 February 2025 via prize.winners@virginaustralia.com to the Virgin Australia team.
The prize includes travel for two passengers, valid only for departure on 28 February 2025 on Virgin Australia's Pride Flight and return on 2 March 2025 (inclusive). Winners and their companions must travel departing from and returning to either Brisbane or Melbourne (based on the city chosen in their entry form); failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Departure Economy Flights (Pride Flight)
Winners and their companions must travel on the Virgin Australia Pride Flight on 28 February 2025. Departure details: Winner who has chosen Brisbane in their entry: VA2017, Brisbane to Sydney, departing at 12:25 PM from Brisbane Airport. Winner who has chosen Melbourne in their entry: VA1978, Melbourne to Sydney, departing at 1:40 PM from Melbourne Airport.
Return Economy Flight (Flight Certificate)
Winners and their companions must return together on 2 March 2025 from Sydney to their home port at a time of their choice, subject to availability.
General terms for flight prize
Tickets redeemed as part of this prize are subject to availability on specific flights and in specific booking classes as determined by Virgin Australia.
Changes to bookings after ticketing will incur a $99 change fee per passenger per change and are subject to availability.
Failure to notify Virgin Australia at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure for either prize flight of an inability to travel will result in forfeiture of the ticket and prize flight.
Transport to the departure airport will be at the winner’s own expense (including where Winner resides in another state).
Tickets redeemed under the Flight Certificate are valid on Virgin Australia-operated flights only and not code share services.
Virgin Australia’s Conditions of Carriage, fare rules and other policies apply to the Ticket. Virgin Australia’s Conditions of Carriage are online available at http://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/about-us/legal-policies... and its fare rules and other policies are available on the Virgin Australia website.
Tickets cannot be upgraded and are not valid to earn Velocity Points or Status Credits.
Any residual amount on the Flight Certificate will be forfeited if not fully redeemed.
The flights are non-transferrable (i.e. no name changes allowed after ticketing) and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Main Prize Component 2: Ovolo Woolloomooloo | Two (2) winners will receive a 2-night stay at Ovolo Woolloomooloo in a Deluxaroo King room type.
The Hotel component of the Main Prize is valued at AUD $2,084.50.
The 2-night stay is only valid for stay period 28 February - 2 March 2025.
The accommodation voucher will be issued to the Winner’s nominated email address within 5 business days after the winner’s details have been confirmed.
The Main Prize is valued at a total of $3,584.50, inclusive of the airfare and accommodation.
Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The prize cannot be converted into cash. If a prize or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the relevant prize winner is liable for payment of such tax. All parts of the Main Prize must be taken together. 
Employees and other staff (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter or the Promotion Partner are ineligible to enter and win.
The winner is responsible for paying all additional or ancillary costs associated with the prizes that are not specifically included (as stated above), including (where applicable) flights, spending money, meal costs, additional transport, insurance, passport and visa requirements and all other incidentals. 
The Winner and any travelling companions are responsible to ensure that they have requisite visas, vaccinations, valid documentation (including but not limited to valid passports and visas) which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companions. The Winner and their travelling companions are responsible for all other ancillary costs.
Subject to the State legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value and the prize winner will be notified accordingly. 
Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail, email or other communication. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. 
If the Prize is lost or misplaced, it is not replaceable. If the prize is not utilised as stated it will be forfeited. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered, except for any liability that can not be excluded by law. 
If the Promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify you should this occur by publishing a noticing on its official social media account(s).
Personal Information, for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonable identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not, and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.
Entrants consent to their entry and Personal Information being used by the Promoter for marketing purposes. The Promoter may use, reproduce or modify the entry in any way without further reference, payment or compensation to the entrant.
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.webjet.com.au/about/privacy/). The Promoter may disclose Personal Information to other organisations (including third parties) for the purposes of fulfilling the prize and of conducting the Promotion, promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling. Entrants may access or change their personal information by contacting the Promoter by email at marketing@webjet.com.au.
These terms and conditions do not limit, modify or exclude consumer guarantees as provided in the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The Promoter may amend any of these terms and conditions if required to comply with applicable laws.
