Eligibility: 

    The competition is only open to individuals who:  

    are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years or older 

    Are not employees of Ingenia Communities, or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition;  

    Are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and  

    Have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions  

    Each entrant acknowledges that Ingenia Holiday Parks can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Ingenia Holiday Parks only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.

 Entry: 

    The competition commences at 9:00am on Monday 10th February 2025 entries close at 11.59pm on Monday 3rd March 2025.  

    To enter, eligible entrants must register via https://www.ingeniaholidays.com.au/dog-friendly-getaway-competition-2025/ and provide their full name, phone number, email address, postcode and accommodation preference (e.g. cabin, site, no preference)

    Multiple entries per eligible entrant are allowed during the competition period. 

    Entrants to the “Win A Dog-Friendly Getaway!” acknowledge that entry to the competition will serve as enrolment to receive the Ingenia Holiday Parks email newsletter.

    Eligibility for the competition prize will require the entrant to remain a subscriber to the Ingenia Holiday Parks email newsletter for the duration of the competition period.   

Submission Conditions:

    Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Ingenia Holiday Parks accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete or lost entries.  

    Ingenia Holiday Park accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by Ingenia Holiday Parks, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues.  

    Ingenia Holiday Parks reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.  

Competition Prize: 

    Total Prize Pool Value of:   

    $1,000 Ingenia Holiday Parks Gift Card*, valid for book and stay dates until 3 March 2028 

    $1,000 worth of Kurgo products

*Ingenia Holiday Parks reserves the right to modify or change this prize should travel restrictions and or limitations apply that are outside of its control.  

    The prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted during the competition period by a representative of Ingenia Holiday Parks. 

    The prize winners will be contacted directly via phone on Tuesday 4th March 2025 by a representative of Ingenia Holiday Parks. 

    It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide their contact details and claim their prize, as instructed by a representative of Ingenia Holiday Parks. 

    It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise their own transportation to and from an Ingenia Holiday Park of their choice to redeem the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize in total. 

    If any prize remains unclaimed, a second prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday 11th March 2025 (7 days after the original winner are notified). At this time the original winner forfeits all rights to the prize won. 

    If a second prize draw remains unclaimed within 14 days after the original winner is notified, this will result in forfeiture of the prize in total. 

Prize Conditions: 

    Ingenia Holiday Parks’ decision is final, and no correspondence or communication will be entered in relation to the selection of the winners or any other aspect of this competition.  

    Value of prize is limited to the description in competition terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.  

    Ingenia Holiday Parks commits to posting the prize to the winner within 10 weeks of receiving the winners postal address or via email.

    If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Ingenia Holiday Parks, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the competition or reputation of this competition, Ingenia Holiday Parks reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
