We’re sure you’ve seen WHOOP, the wearable band in residency across our studios this month. Did you know your sauna sessions do more than make you sweat? You can track sleep, recovery, stress and strain all via the app. And of course, you can track the real-time benefits of your sauna and ice bath. There is ample research and studies online about sauna and ice bath benefits but now you can put that to the test, yourself. It’s an honour to team up with @whoop and to celebrate, we’re running a special giveaway between now and the end of the February residency. NIMBUS CO + WHOOP is offering one prize winner a $1,000 value prize pack inc. 5x pack of infrared saunas/ice baths voucher + 1x night’s stay at our IN THE CLOUD Airbnb + a complimentary Whoop band with a 12-month free membership. This coincides with our IN THE CLOUDS research project which has almost concluded. We’ve taken 50 Australians and given them a Whoop band and a strict monthly sauna and ice bath protocol, to track the impacts. We’ll share this report soon.
