Terms and Conditions: 1. The promoter is the State of Queensland through the Office of Industrial Relations (ABN 13 846 673 994) of 1 William Street, Brisbane City, 4000 (Promoter). 2. The competition commences Tuesday 25 February 2025 and concludes 11.59pm Wednesday 5 March 2025. 3. By entering the competition, entrants will have accepted all terms and conditions. 4. Entrants must be Queensland residents with the ability to attend the nominated The Wiggles Bouncing Balls Tour. 5. Entrants must be 18 years old or over. 6. Office of Industrial Relations employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the competition or win the prize. 7. Only one entry is allowed per entrant, multiple entries will be deemed invalid. 8. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to any prize after it is collected or received by the prize winner, nor for any injury that results directly or indirectly from this competition. 9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. 10. By entering this competition, the entrants and winners of this competition agree to future contact from the Promoter, until such a time as they opt out; and agree to use of their image and likeness in all future communications relating to the competition. How to enter: 11. Entrants must complete a valid entry form online during the competition period. 12. Entries received via mail, Facebook post, or electronic mail will not be valid. 13. Each winner will receive four general admission tickets to The Wiggles ‘Bouncing Balls Tour’ in Brisbane at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre to one of their shows either on Friday 4, Saturday 5 or Sunday 6 April 2025 at 10am, 12.30pm or 3pm. 18. The prize draw will take place on Thursday 6 March 2025 by an Office of Industrial Relations employee. 19. 22 prize winners will be selected by random draw. Each prize winner will receive four general admission tickets. 20. The prize is subject to terms and conditions (which include limitations on use) of a third party. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize. 21. Prize winners will receive their tickets via email from The Wiggles. 22. If a prize winner does not accept their prize within five days of the prize draw, it will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 23. The Promoter and their promotional partners are not responsible for any costs (including travel and accommodation) incurred to the prize winners to attend the concert. 24. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to select alternate winner/s if it determines that the winner/s do not adequately satisfy these terms. 25. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. Changes cannot be made to name and concert location once this has been provided to the Promoter. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize, or cannot attend the concert, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu. 26. If prize redemption is unavailable due to the show being cancelled or postponed, the Promoter accepts no responsibility. General terms 27. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to verify, or require the entrant to verify, the entrant’s identity, eligibility to enter the promotion, entry submitted and compliance with these terms. 28. If there is a dispute about the identity of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the identity of the Entrant. 29. Entrants acknowledge and agree that: a. their personal information will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, conducting future promotions and for marketing purposes b. their personal information may be disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with the promoter’s rights under these terms and c. if they win the prize, the Promoter can use their personal information to credit them for their entry and disclose their personal information in communication about the promotion. 30. Subject to these terms, an entrant's personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without that entrant’s consent unless required or authorised by law.
