Event This Promotion is conducted in connection with the online sale of tickets by the
Promoter to the ‘Race Of Champions’ (Event).
Eligibility Entry to the Promotion is open to:
(a) Residents in NSW, QLD, NT, WA and TAS; and
(b) participants who meet any age restriction advertised for the Event and
are authorised to purchase ticket(s) to the Event; and
(c) in the case of a participant who is under 18 years, provided that they
otherwise meet the eligibility criteria, must have parent/guardian
approval to enter and the parent/guardian has read and consented to
these terms and conditions. (Entrants)
Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the
Promoter and its contractors and agencies associated with the Promotion are
ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto
spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister,
step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

Period
The Promotion starts at 5pm AEDT on Tuesday 25th February 2025 and closes
at 5:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 4th March 2025.

Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotions Period. Entries
will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not the time of
transmission.

This is a game of chance.
One (1) valid entries will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received
during the Promotional Period.
The prize will be drawn at the Promoters’ offices at 6pm on Tuesday 4th March
2025

notification
The winner will be notified via email by the Promoter on Wednesday 5th March
2025.
Publication of
winner(s)
The winners will be notified in writing. Unless winner has requested their name
and postcode not be so published, the last name, initial of the first name and
postcode of winners of prize(s) valued at over $250.00 will be published on the
Promotional Website on 7 March 2025 and will remain on the Promotional
Website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days.

Redraw or
redetermination
of winner(s)
If the winner does not respond to the Promoter via email within 24 hours of
being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be redrawn.
A draw for any unclaimed prize(s) may take place on 6 March 2025 at the same
time and place as the original draw(s), subject to any directions from a regulatory
authority.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in
case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Promoter's decision is
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Special
conditions
The winner will be responsible for all other costs associated with enjoying the
prize (including but not limited to: travel costs to Event, accommodation, and
any other associated costs).
