TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promoters are KeepCup in partnership with Explore Worldwide.
STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER
2.1. The competition is open to residents of Australia, United Kingdon and United States of
America.
2.2 Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoters, are not eligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child
or stepchild (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-
grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, or stepsister.
HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on 3/03/2025 at 3:00PM AEST and closes 17/03/2025 at
11:59PM AEST (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, the entrants must complete the terms entry requiring a 25-word
submission: "Tell us your favourite travel moment in 25 words or less. Submitted via the
competition landing page https://au.keepcup.com/keepcup-demo-explore-worldwide
3.3 In order to enter, the entrants must agree to receive email marketing communications
from the Promoters which may be unsubscribed at any point.
3.4 The entrants will be signed up to the email databases at the completion of the
competition period.
3.5 Entrants may enter as many times as they want.
PRIZE
4.1 One prize winner will be chosen based on their answer to the entry question in 3.2.
The prize:
4.2. The prize is a tour for two, travelling together, with Explore Worldwide. The prize winner
has a choice of one of the following tours:
• Highlights of Sri Lanka – a 7-day tour around Sri Lanka. From ancient cities to
gilded Buddhist temples and wild national parks, the itinerary ticks off the
island's icons and more.
• Highlights of the Greek Islands - an 8-day tour during which you will go island
hopping around the Cyclades Islands including Naxos and Santorini.
• Highlights of Turkey – an 8-day tour during which you will take in the highlights of
Turkey on this fast-paced trip along the west coast. Journey from bustling
Istanbul to historic Dalyan, via ancient ruins and breathtaking landscapes.
4.3. In addition, the winner will receive a flight credit voucher worth up to
AUD$5,000/USD$3200/GBP£2500.
4.4. The prize holiday includes accommodation (on a twin-share or double basis), ground
transport, some activities and some meals as shown on the itinerary, an Explore Tour
Leader, local guides and airport transfers both ways in the tour country to/from the hotel.
The prize does not include any optional extras or upgrades; nor does it include the cost of
travel insurance or visas (if required).
4.5. The flight credit voucher only can be used to cover economy class return flights from
an international airport convenient for the winner, to/from the designated arrival and
departure airport of the chosen tour. Holding luggage is included. Flights must be booked
through Explore and will be economy return, whether direct or indirect (but will exclude any
expenses due to a scheduled stopover/transfer).
4.6. The prize holiday can be booked for any available departure date of their selected tour
departing before 31 December 2026.
4.7. The prize holiday must be booked at least six weeks prior to the departure date.
4.8. Additional passengers may be added to the booking but will be subject to availability
and will be charged the full adult price applicable at the time of booking. 8. The booking
must be made directly with Explore Worldwide (see www.exploreworldwide.com.au /
www.explore.co.uk) and is subject to Explore’s normal Booking Conditions (see
www.explore.co.uk/essential-information/terms-and-conditions).
4.9. The prize is an Explore small group adventure tour. It is not a voucher for the prize
value. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed in full or part for cash or for
any other alternative prize or holiday.
SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNER
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and
registered all details in accordance with Clause 3 will be entered into the prize pool.
5.2 The winners will be selected by the Promoters and notified by email and direct
Instagram message by the 21/03/2025.
5.4 The Promoters’ decision is final.
NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or
significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates
and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, the Promoters may in their
absolute discretion cancel the competition.
6.2 The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility
for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any
misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or
claim that may occur:
6.3.1 during the draw;
6.3.2 in the participation in any prize
6.3.3 because of late, lost or misdirected mail;
6.3.4 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of
any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist,
other entrants or any other person;
6.3.5 due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6.4 The Promoters and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration
of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned,
including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter’s which corrupt or affect
the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the
Promoter’s reserve the right, at their discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process or any other dishonest act, may take any action that may be
available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to
legislation.
PRIVACY: The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as
detailed in the Promoters’ Privacy Policies. The personal information collected as part of
the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and
promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoters
and its related bodies corporate for these purposes
