This Festival, we’re celebrating one of Melbourne’s most marvelous creations, the dim sim, with @emporiummelbourne. It’s all happening at Dim City, where three of Melbourne’s most exciting chefs – celebrated author @rosheen_, John Rivera from @askal.melb and @kariton.au, and Moon Mart’s Eun Hee An – will serve up their take on the dim sim for free.
