Terms and Conditions:
General
1. Wagga RSL Club in conjunction with Carlton United Breweries (CUB) will conduct the $10,000
Golden Esky Promotion from 10am Thursday 16th January 2025 to Thursday 27th March 2025 at
8pm. There will be one Major Draw at 8pm on Thursday 27th March 2025.
2. The promoter of the Promotion is Wagga RSL Club Limited ABN 12 000 947 071 of Dobbs St
Wagga Wagga NSW 2650, phone 02 6923 7200.
3. Entry into the Promotion is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. If there is any inconsistency between terms and conditions and anything else that refers to this
Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
Where to Enter & Collect Prizes
5. The draw will be conducted by a Duty Manager at Wagga RSL Club located at Dobbs St Wagga
Wagga NSW 2650, using a promotional system and computerised virtual barrel. Winner will be
drawn by their Membership number, and it will be displayed on selected screens and announced
over the public address system. In the event of a technical failure, membership numbers may
not be displayed on screens the draw may be postponed. In the case of a postponed draw, the
draw will take place at a date determined by management.
6. To participate in the Promotion, members must be physically and personally present at the
Wagga RSL Club (inside the building) on the Draw night to claim their prize.
7. If the prize is unclaimed after (4) minutes a redraw will occur. This process continues until a
winner is found.
Who can Enter?
8. Subject to clause 8, Entrants for the Promotion must be:
a. Financial and current Members of the Wagga RSL Club through the promotional
period to be eligible to win (Members);
b. Over the age of 18 years; and
c. Agree to and comply with these terms and conditions.
Excluded Participants
9. You cannot participate in the promotion if;
a. You have been suspended from Wagga RSL Club at any time during the duration of
the promotion.
b. You are a director, employee, or contracted personnel of Wagga RSL Club or you are
the immediate family member of director, employee, or contracted personnel.
(Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse,
child or step child, parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunty,
niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin)
c. You are not an Australian resident.
10. To successfully claim any prize, Members must provide proof of identity and proof of entry
validity or proof of membership. Proof of identification and proof of entry is considered suitable
for verification is at the discretion of Wagga RSL Club.
How to Enter the Draw?
11. Members can enter the draw by doing the following;
a. Members will receive one entry in the Virtual Barrel for every CUB product purchased.
Valid products will include all draught CUB products (excludes bottled) in stock during
the promotion period timeframe. (This excludes functions and tabs)
Only the owner of the member card can swipe the card for entries, if this is not adhered to
management have the right to exclude the member from the promotion.
12. One membership card can be swiped per transaction to earn the entry into the Virtual Barrel.
The membership card must be swiped at the time of the transaction by the Member.
General Terms & Condition
13. The draw winner must be on the premises of Wagga RSL Club, Dobbs St, Wagga Wagga, 2650
14. The drawn Member will have four (4) minutes from the time of announcement to claim their
prize at the dedicated Promotion area as announced by the Duty Manager.
15. The Wagga RSL Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry
process, who submits and entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry
or who has, in the opinion of the Wagga RSL Club, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion
which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation
of the Promotion and/or Wagga RSL Club.
16. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the display screens, ticket printer,
PA system or draw system), draws may be postponed or cancelled. Cancellation or
postponement of a draw is strictly at management discretion.
17. Wagga RSL Club reserves the right to redraw the prize if an entrant who claims to be a winner is
unable to satisfy these terms and conditions.
