TERMS & C0NDITIONS
GENERAL
1. Wagga RSL Club Double the Thrill Promotion will commence from
10am Monday 3rd March 2025 until Saturday 20th December 2024 at 9pm and
will consist of 12 Minor Draws and 2 Major Draw as set out in these terms with a
combined total prize pool of $106,500 comprised of
1 x Kia Stonic Wagon and 1 x BMW Hatch and $13,500 worth of Cash
This total prize pool will be distributed into the following;
a. Minor Monthly Draws: $500 cash for the winner drawn that is present and $250
cash in a bonus draw later the same evening
b. Major Draw - July 19
a. 1 prize – Kia Stonic Wagon 5P Petrol GT-LINE valued at $34,000
b. 500 each for the five loosing finalists, totalling $2,500
c. Major Draw - Dec 20
a. 1 prize – BMW 118i M Sport Hatch valued at $67,000
b. 500 each for the five loosing finalists, totalling $2,500
2. The promoter of the Promotion is Wagga RSL Club Limited ABN 12 000 947 071 of
Dobbs St Wagga Wagga NSW 2650, phone 02 6923 7200.
3. Entry into the Promotion is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. If there is any inconsistency between terms and conditions and anything else that
refers to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
WHERE TO ENTER & COLLECT PRIZES
5. Each draw will be conducted by a Promotional Host at Wagga RSL Club located at
Dobbs St Wagga Wagga NSW 2650, using a promotional system and computerised
virtual barrel. Winners will be drawn by their Membership number, and it will be
displayed on selected screens and announced over the public address system. In
the event of a technical failure, membership numbers may not be displayed on
screens and/or draws may be postponed. In the case of a postponed draw, an extra
finalist will be selected the following month on the scheduled draw day.
6. To participate in the Promotion, members must be physically and personally present
at the Wagga RSL Club (inside the building) on the Minor Draw nights to claim their
prize. For the Major Draw nights on Saturday July 19 and Saturday 20 December
2025, the finalists must be physically and personally present at Wagga RSL Club by
8.45pm for the draw at 9pm.
WHO CAN ENTER?
7. Subject to clause 8, Entrants for the Promotion must be:
a. Financial and current Members of the Wagga RSL Club through the promotional
period to be eligible to win (Members);
b. Over the age of 18 years; and
c. Agree to and comply with these terms and conditions.
EXCLUDED PARTICIPANTS
8. You cannot participate in the promotion if;
a. You have been suspended from Wagga RSL Club at any time during the duration
of the promotion.
b. You are a director, employee, or contracted personnel of Wagga RSL Club or
you are the immediate family member of director, employee, or contracted
personnel. (Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse,
de facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent, step parent, grandparent, step
grandparent, uncle, aunty, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step
sister or first cousin)
c. You are not an Australian resident.
9. To successfully claim any prize, Members must provide proof of identity and proof
of entry validity or proof of membership. Proof of identification and proof of entry is
considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Wagga RSL Club.
MINOR MONTHLY DRAWS
10. For the Kia car the Minor Monthly draws will take place on the following dates;
a. Thursday 20th March
b. Thursday 17th April
c. Thursday 15th May
d. Thursday 19th June
e. Thursday 17th July
f. Saturday 19th July (before major draw at 9pm)
11. For the BMW car the Minor Monthly draws will take place on the following dates
a. Thursday 21st August
b. Thursday 18th September
c. Thursday 16th October
d. Thursday 20th November
e. Thursday 18th December
f. Saturday 20th December (before major draw at 9pm)
HOW TO ENTER THE MINOR MONTHLY DRAWS?
12. Members can enter the monthly draws by doing any of the following;
a. Members will receive one entry in the Virtual Barrel for swiping their
Membership card upon entry plus one entry will be given for every hourly swipe
afterwards during operational hours. Only the owner of the member card can
swipe the card for entries, if this is not adhered to management have the right
to exclude the member from the promotion.
b. Members will receive one entry in the Virtual Barrel for every $10 accumulated
spend at any dining and beverage points throughout the Wagga RSL Club. A $4
spend on one visit followed by $6 spend on the next visit will then trigger you
an automatic entry into the virtual draw. Both eftpos and cash transactions are
applicable. Purchases can include food, beverages, movie tickets, membership
& takeaway alcohol. Function tabs and all gaming related activities do not apply.
13. One membership card can be swiped per transaction to earn the entry into the
Virtual Barrel. The membership card must be swiped at the time of the transaction
by the Member.
14. After every monthly draw previous entries and spend will be voided and zeroed and
all new entries and spend will commence for the following draw.
WHAT IS THE MINOR MONTHLY DRAW PRIZE?
15. The Minor Monthly Draw prize is $500 in cash plus a finalist position in the Major
Draw on either Saturday 19 July or Saturday 20 December 2024 at 9pm. The Monthly
Draws are drawn from the Virtual Barrel of members who received entries for
the month leading up to the Thursday draw. The drawn Member will have four
(4) minutes from the time of announcement to claim their prize at the dedicated
Promotion area as announced by the Promotion host. If the prize is unclaimed after
(4) minutes a redraw will occur. This process continues until a winner is found.
16. The drawn Member will have four (4) minutes from the time of announcement to

17. Members can only win one Minor Monthly Draw and therefore one finalist position
over the entire year.
MONTHLY BONUS DRAW
18. The Monthly Bonus Draw consists of 1 x $250 cash draw drawn any time after
the monthly prize draw. The time of this draw will be at the discretion of the Duty
Manager on duty.
19. This will be drawn from the same Virtual Barrel of members as the Monthly Draw.
20. The Drawn Member will have four (4) minutes from the time of the announcement
to claim their prize. If they are not present the $250 will go to the closest member
number to present themselves within the following four (4) minutes. Members who
present themselves after this time will not be valid.
21. Members can win the Monthly Bonus Draws multiple times over the entire period of
the promotion.
22. The Monthly bonus draws do not give you a finalist place in the Major Draw.
23. There will be no monthly bonus draw on the night of the Major Draws on Saturday
19 July or Saturday 20 December 2025.
MAJOR DRAW NIGHT
24. On the Major Draw Nights, Saturday 19 July 2025 and Saturday 20 December 2025
Wagga RSL Club will carry out (1) one additional draw from the Virtual Barrel at
8pm, this will give a total of six finalists at each draw, 12 for the year.
25. The Major Draws will take at approximately 9pm.
26. The monthly finalists must physically and personally be present at Wagga RSL Club,
Dobbs St Wagga Wagga 2650 with their current membership card and valid form of
identification including a drivers licence, passport or NSW photo card. Attendance
must be registered by 8.45pm to the Promotional Host.
27. All finalists must be present for the final draw. If one of the 6 finalists are not
present by 8.45pm the Promotional Host will conduct another immediately. This
process will be repeated until 6 finalists are present to conduct the draw.
28. If unforeseen circumstances including illness & death apply to one of the finalists a
next of kin can take their place.
HOW TO ENTER THE MAJOR DRAW?
29. Once all 6 finalist’s positions are filled then the Major Draw will commence. This
should commence from approximately 9pm and no earlier.
30. The Major Draw will take place as follows;
a. The 6 finalists will be invited to choose a box in the month they were drawn.
31. All boxes will be opened together, and five boxes will have $500 in each and one box
will have the key to the vehicle.
32. All winners are required to present their Membership card to claim their prize and
provide valid photo identification.
33. All prize winners will be announced. Announcements may be made on Wagga RSL
Clubs communication channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram
and local media.
a. In accepting the prize you agree to negotiate direct with the supplier of the
product for any queries. This prize is not transferable for cash.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITION
34. All draw winners must be on the premises of Wagga RSL Club, Dobbs St, Wagga
Wagga, 2650 at the time of the draw.
35. Participants can only win one car for the calendar year.
36. Entries into the Minor (monthly) draws will conclude at 7pm on the day of the draws.
Entries after this time will be included in the following months draw.
37. The Wagga RSL Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with
the entry process, who submits and entry that is not in accordance with these Terms
& Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Wagga RSL Club, engaged
in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or
generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Wagga
RSL Club.
38. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the display screens,
ticket printer, PA system or draw system), draws may be postponed or cancelled.
Cancellation or postponement of a draw is strictly at management discretion. In
the event of a cancellation, of a Monthly Draw an additional draw will take place the
following month.
39. Wagga RSL Club reserves the right to redraw the prize if an entrant who claims to
be a winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions.
40. A phone call will be made to the five monthly winners in the prior week of the major
draws as a reminder of the draw on either Saturday 19 July or Saturday December
20, 2025. The 6th finalist drawn on the Saturday draws at 8pm and will obviously be
present for the major draw at 9pm.
COPYRIGHT, STATUTORY GUARANTEES, WAIVER AND LIABILITY
41. In consideration for Wagga RSL Club awarding the prize to the winners, the
winners herby permit the winner’s submission, image and/or voice, as recorded,
photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in
connection with Wagga RSL Club or the advertising or marketing thereof, and any
media and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
42. Wagga RSL Club does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or
services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer
Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted, or
modified. However, the remained or this clause will apply to the fullest extent
permitted by law and Wagga RSL Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any pirze/s
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
43. All entries become the property of Wagga RSL Club. Wagga RSL Club collects your
information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. All information collected
by Wagga RSL Club will be used in accordance with Wagga RSL Club’s Privacy
Policy.

Club hold, entrants can contact the office by telephone on 02 6923 7200.
45. This Promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the
winner.
