Promoter Adelaide Football Club Limited (‘AFC’) Applicable State South Australia Entry Requirements Entrants must be aged over 18 years of age to enter. Entrants must fill in the online form including their first name last name, date of birth, phone number and email address, and tell us their favourite part of Gather Round. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent or step-parent. Competition period Competition commences on Thursday 27th March 2025 at 9am (ACDT) and closes on Sunday 30th March at 11.59pm (ACDT) Ineligible Entrants Any person who does not fit the above criteria. Maximum Number of Entries The Promoter reserves the right at any time to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or (c) in any way in contravention of these terms of use. Prize Prize Valued up to the value of $150 per ticket AUD - 5 x Double Passes to The Front Bar Gather Round Edition, Wednesday 9th April 2025 Draw Place, Date & Time One winner will be randomly selected from the participants on Monday 31st March at The Adelaide Football Club. The winner will be contacted via telephone or email on or by Monday 31st March, 5pm (ACDT). Unclaimed Prize Date If a winner of a prize cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by Tuesday 2nd April, 9am (ACDT) the winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the prize. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion. Prize Conditions All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a winner does not take a part of the prize at the time set by the AFC, the winner will forfeit that part. AFC accepts no responsibility for changes in Prize value. If a Prize is unavailable, AFC will substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Notification Method & Publication Date The winner will be determined by 11am Monday 31st March (ACDT).
