INTRODUCTION
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entries
not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry
will not be considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded. The judge’s decision in
relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters.
No correspondence will be entered into.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia 18+ except for employees of the Promoter,
Sapphire Coast Destination Marketing and their immediate families, and all companies
and agencies associated with this promotion.
3. The Registration Form must be fully completed with valid information entered to be
eligible for the prize draw.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
The Competition commences on 2 April 2025 and concludes on 30 May 2025 at 5pm.
Participants register in the following manner to Win A Wonderfully Wild Winter on the
Sapphire Coast NSW. Via the competition page on Sapphire Coast website and “enter” their
details in the form provided.
1. Multiple competition entries are permitted within the competition period, but a unique
email address must be used.
2. No responsibility accepted for late, lost, misdirected and/or incomplete entries
3. No responsibility taken for entries submitted to other sites, forms or competitions
impersonating the Competition or Promoter.

ENTRY
SELECTION PROCESS
The Selection Process for the Sapphire Coast Destination Marketing’s Win A Wonderfully Wild
Winter Competition:
Winner is as follows:
1. For the draw, a computer will randomly select One Entry from all the entries
received throughout the competition period.
2. The winner will be notified within 2 weeks of the end of the competition by email
and notification on our Sapphire Coast Facebook and Instagram.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries (and record them
in order), in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or an entrant drawn is ineligible.
4. Unless otherwise indicated, winning contestants/families/guardians are responsible
for all costs involved in taking part in the Competition, including but not limited to;
travel to and from, meals, taxes and any other ancillary costs.
5. It is a condition of participation that winning contestants/families/guardians may be
required to sign legal releases in any form to be determined by the Promoter at its
absolute discretion.
6. Travel dates in August must be selected by the winner by 30 June 2025. Available dates
for travel are for 3 nights between 31 July - 4 August 2025 or 7-11 August 2025 or 14-18
August 2025 or 21-25 August 2025 or 28 August – 1 September 2025.
PRIZE OFFERED
The prize of a 3-night escape to the Sapphire Coast including the following inclusions;
• 3 nights Accommodation between Thursday and Monday during the month of
August 2025 (accommodation on Thurs/Fri/Sat OR Fri/Sat/Sun)
• Meet the distillers and tasting at North of Eden Artisan Distillers (Thursday and
Friday only)
• Merimbula Oyster Experience OR Aboriginal Cultural Tour
• Dinner at Dulcie’s Cottage
• Choice of Wellness Experience at Safir House including sauna or ice bath

In the event that for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not take the prize or an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of
the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize
or that element of the prize.
All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not
transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is valued in Australian
dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. In the event
that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher redemption of that
portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher. The
Promoter will not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or
tampered with in any way.
It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner may be required to be interviewed,
photographed and filmed at any time during the acceptance of the prize or experience by the
Promoter or their agents for a story or feature on this promotion without remuneration or
reference to the participant.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited
to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control
of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written
directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the competition.
If for any reason the experiences and inclusions within the prize cannot be complete or are not
capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) weather events, illness,
emergencies, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond
the control of the Promoter or partners, there will be no substitutions, cash refunds or vouchers
provided.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use information it collects
in relation to you to provide you with information regarding further offers, promotions or goods
and services provided by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s partners and sponsors. The
Promoter may also disclose information about you to its service providers to enable the
Promoter to provide you with services.
To the full extent permitted by law, The Promoter will not be liable to you in respect of any
claim for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential,
indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any personal injury suffered by you as a
result of or in connection with the Promoter’s provision of the Service.
Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations (collectively
Provisions) in relation to the Promoter’s provision of services to you which cannot be excluded,
restricted or modified except to a limited extent. If those Provisions apply, to the extent that
the promoter is entitled to do so, the Promoter’s limits its liability in respect of any claim under
those Provisions to, at the Promoter’s option, the supply of the relevant services again or the
payment of the costs of having the services supplied again.
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with this Promotion is
