HOW TO ENTER 3.1 The competition commences on Monday 7th April 2025 at 05:30 AM (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 10th April 2025 at 12:00PM (AEST) (the “Competition Period”). 3.2 In order to enter, viewers must: • Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode), email address and mobile phone number on the Competition page and • Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less, why you are in need of some school holiday fun?” 3.3 Entries must be received by Thursday 10th April 2025 at 12:00PM (AEST). 3.4 Entrants can enter as many times as they like, throughout the competition period. 3.5 The entry must be: (a) the original independent creation of the entrant; (b) written in English; and (c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties. 3.6 Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The Promoter or Prize Suppliers accept no responsibility for the change in the Prize specification or value between now and the ultimate redemption date. 4.3 Winners of Prize 1, The Escape Pass, are entitled to unlimited entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild for 5 consecutive days from their first visit to any of those parks. Entry is invalid once the 5 days, after redeeming prize have passed. No ticket is required for children under 3. Passes will expire by 30th April 2026. Failure to use passes by this date result in the passes becoming void and unable to be used. 4.4 Winners of Prize 2, Melbourne Big tickets, are entitled to access Sea Life Melbourne and Legoland Discovery Centre. The prize consists of tickets for 2 adults (16+) and 2 children (2-15 years). Under 2’s do not require a ticket. The expiry of the pass will be clearly marked on the tickets. 4.5 Winners of Prize 3, Family passes to Questacon, are entitled to entry to Qestacon in Canberra. Tickets are valid until 31st July 2025. The prize consists of tickets for 2 adults (16+) and 3 children (4-15 years). Children under 4 years do not require a ticket. 4.6 Winners of Prize 4, Family passes to Taronga Zoo, are entitled to entry to Taronga Zoo in Sydney. Tickets are valid until 30th April 2026. The prize consists of tickets for 2 adults and 2 children (4- 16 years), however the 2 adult tickets may be used for any age. 4.7 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize is not included. These are the responsibilities of the Winner. 4.8 No travel is awarded as part of the prize, so each winner must be able to make their own way to and from their awarded Prize. 4.9 The Prize is non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for the Prize. The Prize must be taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Prize, or portion of the Prize, the Winner is not entitled to, and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. 4.10 The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter and Prize Suppliers accept no responsibility for any variation in the Prize values. The Winners will be contacted by telephone or email within two (2) business days of the publication by Ansible Pty Ltd. The Promoter and/or Ansible Pty Ltd reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a Winner not claiming the Prize by 10:00am AEST on Monday 9th June 2025. If required, a re-judging will take place at 10:30am AEST on Monday 9th June 2025 at Ansible Pty Ltd, 100 Chalmers Street Surry Hills NSW 2010. The alternative Winner, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging and their name published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of re-judging. 5.6 The Winners may be announced live on the Sunrise program scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network between 05:30 AM AEST to 09:00 AM AEST between Tuesday 8th April 2025 to Friday 11th April 2025. Prize is subject to Prize Supplier’s Terms and Conditions. 6. NO LIABILITY 6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize. 6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited and their associated agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail. 6.3 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited and their associated agencies and companies, to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur: • during the judging; • whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or • in the participation in any Prize; • because of late, lost or misdirected mail; • due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; • in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; and • arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion. 6.4 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation. 6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production requirements. 6.6 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 6.7 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. 6.8 If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 6.9 By entering the Competition, and by collecting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
