TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The Competition commences at 12:01am Sydney time on 28 March 2025. Entrants must submit the completed Entry by 11:59pm Sydney time on 10 April 2025.
Winner will be determined on 14 April 2025.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

The Winner shall be electronically drawn at random on the Draw Date. 1

                  Entry Method
   To enter, during the Competition Period, entrants must; a. visit the Website;
b. Pre-order Elton John & Brandi Carlile’s new album ‘Who Believes In Angels’ from the uMusic store (via https://shop.umusic.com.au ) in any format between 5 February 2025 and 10 April 2025;
c. complete the required contact fields as prompted; and d. submit their entry as prompted.
       Prize Details
   1 x winner (the “Winner”) will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):
• A virtual meet and greet with Elton John & Brandi Carlile via Zoom, with the exact
date and time to be advised by Promoter.
   Terms and Conditions of the Prize
  1. A link to the zoom call will be emailed to the Winner shortly before it commences. The Winner may not share the link with any third parties. If a winner shares or is suspected of sharing their link, they will be removed from the session.
2. Winner may not record, film or share any content from the session. The artist or Promoter may record the session and the Winner consents to the artist or Promoter using their image for any purpose, including videos and imagers on social media. If any part of the session is abandoned, called off, varied or postponed for any reason, then at the Promoter’s discretion, the winner forfeits all rights to attend the relevant session and no cash or alternative prize will be substituted for the element of the prize.
