Instructions on how to enter, prizes and other details contained within the promotional advertisements formpart of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and above (“Entrant”). Employees of the Promoter or related companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 3. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe hasbreached any of these Terms and Conditions, not followed the rules as set out by the Promoter, and agreed to, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 5. The Promotion commences at 4:00pm AEST on April 14, 2025, and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on April 22nd 2025 (“Competition Period”). 6. The participating retailer is Raco.com.au (“Promoter”). 7. To be eligible to win: a. Participants must explore the Raco.com.au website to locate six hidden letters. These letters will form a six-letter word. b. There will be 5 words hidden consecutively. c. Once you believe you have identified the correct word, visit the competition landing page at https://www.raco.com.au/pages/easter-word-scramble and crack an egg to submit your answer. d. If the word is correct, you will be awarded a $300 AUD discount code. e. You will be required to enter a valid email address. The promotion consists of five consecutive rounds. In each round, a six-letter word will be hidden across the Raco.com.au website. Once a participant correctly identifies the current word and claims the associated prize, a new set of six letters forming the next word will be hidden for the following round. 9. Only one word will be active at a time, and discount codes will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for each round. 10. Each discount code is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued via email to the winner, following submission of a valid email address 11.
