PROMOTION PERIOD:
• Start Date: 7th April 2025
• End Date: 18th June 2025
• Length of Promotion: Approximately 10 weeks
DRAW TIMES:
• Virtual Draws via Maxi Draw on Max Gaming System:
o Sundays: 20th April 27th April, 4th May, 11th May, 18th May, 25th May, 1st
June, 8th June, 15th June.
o Cash Draws: Sundays at 3:00 PM
o Footy Ticket Draws: Sundays at 5:00 PM

ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS:
• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Must be a member of Queens Hotel Gladstone (QH Gladstone Pty Ltd).
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Food & Beverage Entries:
o Spend $25 or more on food or beverages at Queens Hotel Gladstone,
swipe your active membership card, and receive a virtual ticket for the
draw.
2. Gaming Entries:
o For every $20 turnover in gaming, insert your membership card into a
gaming machine to receive a virtual ticket.
3. Membership Entries:
o Each eligible membership package holder at the End Date will be
automatically entered.
4. Eligibility Requirement:
o Only fully paid memberships are eligible; any overdue fees will exclude
entry.
ENTRIES PERMITTED:
• Multiple entries are allowed, with one entry for each eligible spend or gaming
turnover.
• Additional entries can be gained through special promotions on allocated days
between 7th April and 18th June 2025.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL:
• AUD $12,500 (includes $8,000 Travel Package and $4,500 in cash prizes).
PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
• Major Prize: Travel Package valued at $8,000.
• Cash Prizes: Totalling $4,500 in cash, distributed throughout the promotion.
WINNER DRAW:
• Draw Method: Computerised virtual draws via the Max Gaming System.
• The Promoter ensures the draw is open for public scrutiny and may be witnessed
upon request.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
• Winners will be notified on the draw date or time.
• Winners must be onsite to claim their prize.
• The winner's name will be published on the official Queens Hotel Gladstone
website and their Facebook and Instagram pages.
FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Promotion Period: Valid from the start to end dates specified above.
2. Eligibility: Only valid and eligible entries are accepted.
3. Exclusion of Employees and Family Members: Employees, directors, and
immediate family members of the Promoter and associated businesses are not
eligible to enter.
4. Prize Forfeiture: If a winner does not claim their prize in time, they forfeit it, and
no substitute prize will be offered.
5. Prize Delivery: Cash will be issued via My Cash Deposit on the Max Gaming
System.
6. Personal Information: The Promoter collects personal details for marketing and
promotional purposes, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988.
7. Disqualification: Incomplete, incorrect, or offensive entries will be disqualified.
Automated entries are not allowed.
8. Tax Implications: The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any tax
