Schedule to Terms of Entry
This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms of Entry attached to this Schedule which applies to the Promotion.

 Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 13 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).

   Maximum Number of Entries

   Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each.
   8.
 Entry Method
Clause 3
 Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“Why does your Mum deserve to be celebrated with sparkles this Mother’s Day?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
 
          “Why does your Mum deserve to be celebrated with sparkles this Mother’s Day?”
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the
following question off-air:
“Why does your Mum deserve to be celebrated with sparkles this Mother’s Day?”
All valid Website, Nova Player App, and Phone Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to twenty (20) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);
(b) contact up to twenty (20) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear on-air (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) place up to twenty (20) Selected Entrants from that weekday (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list for that day (Standby List) to participate in an On-Air Challenge between 2:00pm and 4:00pm AEST/AEDT on various days during the Promotion Period (each a Challenger).
(d) Challengers from the Standby List will be invited to appear on-air in the order of “best” entry, followed by the next “best” entry and so on (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will have a predetermined nominated song (Nominated Song) for which the audio will be difficult to identify;
(b) the Challenger, during a specified time period, will be played the Nominated Song and will be asked to correctly identify the Nominated Song by title (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter);
(c) The Challenger’s response will be timed by a representative of the Promoter, and the time elapsed between the commencement of the Nominated Song and the Challenger’s guess will be recorded (Time) (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter)
(d) should the Challenger correctly identify the Nominated Song by title (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), that Challenger will be awarded a Minor Prize and will be deemed a finalist (Finalist);
(e) should the Challenger not correctly identify the Nominated Song by title (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), that Challenger will not be awarded a Minor Prize nor be deemed a Finalist, and the Promoter will invite another Challenger to participate in the On-Air Challenge;
(f) the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Challenger during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so; and
For the avoidance of doubt, the first Challenger to correctly identify the Nominated Song by title (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in the relevant contesting spot will be awarded a Minor Prize and will be deemed a Finalist.
Answer a call live on-air
Between 2:00pm and 4:00pm AEST on Friday 2 May 2025:
   (a) The Promoter will contact the Finalist, that entered the Promotion between Friday 25 April 2025 and Thursday May 1 2025 and correctly identified the Nominated Song in the fastest Time, on their Personal Contact Number;
(b) if the Finalist successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be invited to appear on-air to be deemed a Prize winner and will be awarded the Major Prize (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter);
(c) if the Finalist does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter will (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the Finalist that correctly identified the Nominated Song in the second fastest Time(in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above;
(d) This process will be repeated until a Finalist successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (b) above and appears on-air to be deemed a Prize winner and awarded the Major Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to one (1) Finalist deemed winner and awarded the Major Prize (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter).
   9.
  Entry Restrictions
  Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
9:00am AEST and 4:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period. AND
2:00pm AEST and 4:00pm AEST on Friday 2 May 2025.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
            
        invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
   10.
   Judging
Clause 4
   All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 2:00pm AEST Friday 2 May 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
   11.
  Judging Criteria
Clause 4
  All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

 Minor Prize
There are up to four (4) Minor Prizes to be won, comprising of:
- One (1) x 1/2ct Lab-Grown Diamond Studs [Limited Edition] from Bevilles, valued at up to AUD $100 (incl GST).
Each Minor Prize is valued at up to AUD $100 (incl. GST).
Major Prize:
There is one (1) Major Prize to be won, comprising of:
- One (1) x Tennis Bracelet with 7.00ct of Laboratory Grown Diamonds in Sterling Silver and Platinum from Bevilles (valued at up to AUD $5,999] (incl GST).
The Major Prize is valued at up to AUD $5,999 (incl. GST).

   Prize Restrictions

   Prize Supplier’s Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any product Terms and Conditions
No Transfer Component
The winners and their companions must make their own way to and from the Cinema.

  Prize Delivery
Clause 8
  If winner ordinarily resides in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales or Queensland:
• The Prize will be available for collection by the winner from a Bevilles store in the winner’s ordinary state of residence. The Prize Supplier will contact the winner when the Prize is ready for collection.
If winner ordinarily resides in Western Australia:
• The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s residential address by mail by the Prize Supplier.
