Prize Winner Determination The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Competition Period will win the prize as defined in the Prize Details section of these Conditions of Entry. Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication Any winner in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in writing within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. If the prize is subject to the Unclaimed Prize Draw, the winner as determined by that draw will have their first initial, last name and postcode of residence published on 29/08/2025 for a period of 28 days. The Schedule and these Terms & Conditions govern the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 2. The Winner, by liaising with Hey Bud, will be treated as having claimed the Prize. The Prize must be taken between 1st May, 2025 and 30th April, 2026 and is subject to Block Out Periods, booking and flight availability. If the prize is not redeemed within this period, it is Forfeited. 5. During the entire duration of the Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The Winner and his/her guest must depart from and return to the same departure point on the same flight and date and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize. The Winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. 6. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the promotion or use of the prize. 7. Booking must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of requested departure date, with Hey Bud Skincare Pty Ltd or their 3rd party agent. 8. The Winner and any guest must arrange at their own expense valid travel insurance coverage for their period of travel and destination. The Winner and any guests may be required to provide evidence of such travel insurance as a condition of accepting the Prize. Any losses that occur during the trip (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, etc) that are not directly caused by the Promoter, shall be borne by the Winner and/or guests, the Promoter shall not be held liable for any liabilities. 9. The Winner and any guest must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Any failure of the Winner and any guest to present a valid passport at any airport resulting in failure to board the plane will not be the responsibility of the Promoter or their third party agent and the Winner and/or guest will not be indemnified for any loss as a result. 10. All other expenses are the responsibility of the Winner (and their guest) including but not limited to spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers (except where explicitly included as part of the Prize), current passports, visas, meals, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. 11. Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance which is beyond a Party’s reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of God including fire, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, landslide, tsunami, mudslide or other catastrophic natural disaster, civil riot, civil rebellion, revolution, terrorism, insurrection, militarily usurped power, act of sabotage, act of a public enemy, war (whether declared or not) or other like hostilities, ionising radiation, contamination by radioactivity, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, any widespread illness, quarantine or government sanctioned ordinance or shutdown, pandemic (including COVID-19 and any variations or mutations to this disease or illness) or epidemic.
