Priceline Sister Club members must purchase any 2 x Hey Bud Skincare
products during the Promotional Period and either:

a) scan their Sister Club card in store at a Priceline Pharmacy during the transaction; or
b) complete the transaction online and be logged into their Sister Club member account
(each, a Valid Entry).

Each Valid Entry will constitute one (1) entry into the competition.

A Valid Entry includes at least 2 Hey Bud Skincare products.
Entries that have been obtained by or through fraud or other
illegal activities are deemed invalid.

It is the responsibility of each Entrant to ensure that their details,
including their mobile number, email address and Sister Club
membership details are correct and up to date. Only members
with a valid email and opted in to receive marketing
communications (Email and/or SMS) will be eligible to enter.

Priceline Pty Ltd collects your personal information (including name, phone number, email
address and membership details) when you enter this promotion for the purposes of
administering the promotion. If we do not collect your personal information you will not be able to
enter this promotion or claim your prize. We may disclose this information to third parties such as
local lottery authorities and service providers assisting us with administering this promotion, for
the purpose of conducting this promotion, including prize notification and fulfilment.

Eligible Entrants Entry is open to Priceline Sister Club members who are residents
of Australia. Employees (as well as their immediate family
members) of the Promoter, retailers, suppliers and associated
companies and agencies are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent of legal guardian.
Competition Period:
Starts at 9.00am (AEST) on 8/5/2025 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 21/5/2025.
Entry Method To enter, participants must be a member of the Sister Club
Docklands, Vic, 3008 by Electronic random draw.
Prize Winner Determination
The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received
during the Competition Period will win the prize as defined in the
Prize Details section of these Conditions of Entry.
Prize Details The prize is a trip to the Maldives for two (2) adults:
● Economy return flights to the Maldives from the winner’s
nearest Australian capital city;
● 5 x nights’ accommodation in a 5 star Maldives hotel;
● Arranged private return transfers from Maldives airport to
accommodation (one round trip only for all participants).
The prize is valued at up to $30,000 (inc GST).
(Hotels could include The St.Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort,
The Ritz-Carlton Maldives Fari Islands, The Westin Maldives
Miriandhoo Resort Miriandhoo Island, The W Maldives Fesdu

Entry Limits Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, except that
entries are limited to one (1) entry per Eligible Product purchase.

Requirements
Entrants must retain their original itemised receipt/s showing their
Eligible Product purchase, and their Eligible Product barcode/s to
verify each entry.

The winner will be notified by phone and in writing immediately
after the draw.
The winner will have their first initial, last name and postcode of
residence published on the Website

In order to claim the Prize, the Winner acknowledges, consents
and agrees that the name and contact details of the Winner will
also be shared with BDE Capital Pty Ltd, Trading as Hey Bud
Skincare Pty Ltd and their sub-contractors solely for the purpose
of providing access to the Prize.

Prize must be claimed by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 28/08/2025. In
order to claim the Prize, the Winner acknowledges, consents and
agrees that the name and contact details of the Winner will also
be shared with Hey Bud and their sub-contactors solely for the
purpose of providing access to the Prize. See clause 1.

Notification and

Any winner in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in writing
within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. If the prize is
subject to the Unclaimed Prize Draw, the winner as determined
by that draw will have their first initial, last name and postcode of
residence published on 29/08/2025 for a period of 28 days.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Schedule and these Terms & Conditions govern the Entrant’s
participation in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed
acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for Cash.
3. The use of automated entry software or other mechanical, electronic or other
means that allow a Entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is
prohibited and will render all entries submitted by the Entrant invalid.
4. The Winner, by liaising with Hey Bud, will be treated as having claimed the
Prize. The Prize must be taken between 1st May, 2025 and 30th April, 2026
and is subject to Block Out Periods, booking and flight availability. If the prize
is not redeemed within this period, it is Forfeited.
5. During the entire duration of the Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must
accompany any person under 18 years of age. The Winner and his/her guest
must depart from and return to the same departure point on the same flight
and date and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the
Prize. The Winner may be required to present their credit card at time of
accommodation check in.
6. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation
in the promotion or use of the prize.
7. Booking must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of requested
departure date, with Hey Bud Skincare Pty Ltd or their 3rd party agent.
8. The Winner and any guest must arrange at their own expense valid travel
insurance coverage for their period of travel and destination. The Winner and
any guests may be required to provide evidence of such travel insurance as a
condition of accepting the Prize. Any losses that occur during the trip
(including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, etc) that are not
directly caused by the Promoter, shall be borne by the Winner and/or guests,
the Promoter shall not be held liable for any liabilities.
9. The Winner and any guest must be in possession of a valid passport with a
minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Any failure of the
Winner and any guest to present a valid passport at any airport resulting in
failure to board the plane will not be the responsibility of the Promoter or their
third party agent and the Winner and/or guest will not be indemnified for any
loss as a result.
10. All other expenses are the responsibility of the Winner (and their guest)
including but not limited to spending money, transport to and from departure
and arrival points, transfers (except where explicitly included as part of the
Prize), current passports, visas, meals, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry,
room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel
insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and
all other ancillary costs.
11. It is the responsibility of each Entrant to ensure that their details, including
their mobile number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership
details are correct and up to date. Only members with a valid email and opted

enter.
12. Force Majeure: The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to
perform their respective obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such
delay or failure is caused or contributed to by a Force Majeure Event. Force
Majeure Event means any event or circumstance which is beyond a Party’s
reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of God including fire,
hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, landslide, tsunami, mudslide or other
catastrophic natural disaster, civil riot, civil rebellion, revolution, terrorism,
insurrection, militarily usurped power, act of sabotage, act of a public enemy,
war (whether declared or not) or other like hostilities, ionising radiation,
contamination by radioactivity, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination,
any widespread illness, quarantine or government sanctioned ordinance or
shutdown, pandemic (including COVID-19 and any variations or mutations to
this disease or illness) or epidemic. Subject to approval of relevant regulatory
authority.
