Permanent residents of Australia who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and conditions.
To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit online entry form and follow the prompts to the promotional entry
page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Provide an answer in 25 words or fewer to the promotional question, “Tell us why you’d like to win?” and;
4. Submit the fully completed entry form.

Winner Determination
Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on 12/05/2025 at 9.00am AEST. The Winner will be the Entrant who has most creatively answered the promotional question. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.

Special Conditions
● Delivery is included for all prize winners. If the Winner resides within 100km of Sydney, NSW the prize may also be collected from Flight Risk HQ, 22 Ewan Street, Mascot, NSW, 2020 at the Prize Supplier’s discretion.
Flight Risk EVV Giveaway Terms and Conditions: This E-Bike Giveaway Agreement is entered into by and between Flight Risk, with a principal place of business at [22 Ewan Street, Mascot, NSW, 2020] and the recipient of the giveaway prize.
By accepting the giveaway prize, the Recipient agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Giveaway Prize
The Recipient has been selected to receive one (1) electric bicycle from Flight Risk as part of a promotional giveaway event. The EVV is provided free of charge and as-is, with no cash value.
2. No Cash Alternative or Refund
The EEV awarded in this giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any form of refund or rebate. The prize is non-transferable and non- refundable. The Recipient may not request any substitution or compensation in lieu of the EEV.
3. Use and Legal Compliance
The Recipient acknowledges that electric bicycles are subject to local, state, and federal
