Promoter: McCain Foods (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 96 000 629 587, Level 10 / 616 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, VIC 3004, Australia.

Start date: 14/05/25 at 09:00 am AEST.
End date: 12/08/25 at 11:59 pm AEST.

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over and who can travel between September-November 2025, excluding the persons set out in clause 4 below who are excluded from participating in this Promotion.

To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase any McCain SuperFries (SuperFries Steak Cut 900g, SuperFries Straight Cut 900g, SuperFries Shoestring 900g or SuperFries Crinkle Cut 900g) (“Promotional Product”) (while stocks last) from any Woolworths, Coles or independent stores (including online) that sell the Promotional Products
b) visit the Website, locate the entry page and fully complete and submit the online entry form with all requested information and upload a copy the receipt for the purchase of the Promotional Product to see if they have provisionally won an Instant Win Prize and to be automatically entered into the Major Prize draw.

No other method of entry will be accepted.

Instant Win: There are 1,420 Instant Win prizes to be awarded randomly across the Promotional Period. Entrants will be notified on screen upon submitting their Entry if they have provisionally won an Instant Win prize (“Instant Win Prize Winner”) and will be provided details on how to verify their Entry and claim their Instant Win prize.

There will be one (1) Major Prize Winner determined in respect of this Promotion.

There will be one (1) Major Prize Draw conducted. The draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) on 18 August 2025 at the offices of at Mars United Commerce, Suite 802/558 Pacific Highway, St Leonards NSW 2065, Australia (“Mars United”). The first valid Entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Promotional Period will win the Major Prize (“Major Prize Winner”).

Mars United may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.

Entrant must retain proof of purchase for all entries. The proof of purchase must be original and identical to
that provided in the Entry and must clearly identify the Promotional Products purchased, the relevant
Participating Venue and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotional Period). If the Promoter
believes that an Entrant has shared their proof of purchase with any other person, the Entrants entries will be
invalidated, and they will lose the right to a prize.

Multiple entries are permitted provided that Entrants must only enter once per Promotional Product purchase and per receipt and each Entry is submitted separately in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

There are 1,421 prizes available – 1,420 instant win prizes and one (1) Major Prize.

Instant Win Prizes: Instant Win prizes are determined by the Participating Venue where the eligible Promotional Product purchase was made, e.g. if a Promotional Product was purchased from Woolworths, the relevant Instant Win prize would be one of the Instant Win prizes for ‘Woolworths Stores’ as set out below.

Prize
Conditions
Major Prize:
• Travel must be taken between September to November 2025. Prize cannot be taken during Australian
school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel
between the aforementioned date/s required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize and
will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
• Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
• Prize is subject to the conditions of travel and conditions of entry into relevant venues (including
applicable dress code) of individual prize and service providers.
• The winner and their travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and
travel together.
• Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does
not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated,
then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
• The prize is subject to availability of flights, accommodation and any events.
• The winner and their travel companion/s are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and
any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation prior to departure.

• Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.

• Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas,
vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, any other transfers, items of a personal nature, in-

Single Day Pass for 2 people to Warner Bros. Movie World:

• The passes are subject to the venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age

• The Promoter and venue hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or his/her

In Season Family Movie Pass:
• The tickets are subject to the venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age
restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner
and/or his/her companions for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication,
whilst participating in any element of the prize.

• The winner is responsible for all costs associated with taking this prize, including any transfers, meals,
insurances and any other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description.

Funko Pop! Movies: Superman Toy:
• The Promoter will choose one Funko Pop! Movie: Superman Toy for each winner, subject to the following
available toys: 20 x Funko Pop! Movies: Superman – Superman; 20 x Funko Pop! Movies: Superman – Lois
Lane; 20 x Funko Pop! Movies: Superman – Lex Luthor; and 20 x Funko Pop! Movies: Superman – Krypto.

The Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing by email and phone within seven (7) days of the Major Prize
Draw.

Entrants will be notified on screen upon submitting their Entry if they have provisionally won an Instant Win prize.

Details of winners of prizes valued over $250 will be published at WinWithMcCain.com.au by 25 August 2025 for 28 days.

Unclaimed prizes: The Major Prize and Instant Win Prize 3 and 5 must be claimed by 19/09/25 at 12:00 pm AEST.
Entrants are not required to be present at the Major Prize Draw. If, after making reasonable attempts, the
Promoter cannot contact the Major Prize Winner or an Instant Win Prize 3 or 5 winner, or the Major Prize
Winner or an Instant Win Prize 3 or 5 winner has not claimed their prize by the above prize claim date, the relevant Entry will be discarded and an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at on 22/09/25 at 12:00 pm AEST at the offices of Mars United to redistribute the Major Prize and Instant Win Prize 3 and 5 to a valid
Entrant (Re-Draw Winner).The Re-Draw Winners will be notified in writing via email to their nominated email
address on their Entry and phone within seven (7) days of the unclaimed prize draw. The Major Prize Re-Draw
Winner will also have their details published at WinWithMcCain.com.au by 29/09/25. If a Re-Draw Winner has
not claimed their prize by 23/10/25 at 12:00pm AEDT, that prize will be deemed forfeited and no further
unclaimed prize draws will be conducted.
Any unwon or unclaimed instant win prizes valued below $100 will not be entered into an unclaimed prize
draw.
1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the
Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these
Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be
received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the
Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.,
agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in
determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation
benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-
spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-
grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Instant Win:
a) Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
b) Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions of Entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised
prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are valued at more than $100 will be awarded in the unclaimed
prize draw.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be
deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or
infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry
software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is
prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
7. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Major Prize winner.
8. If for any reason a winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within the prize
claim period specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable at the designated time for the Event or at the time stipulated by the
Promoter for travel, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
9. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
10. If an entrant fails to produce the Proof of Purchase for a specific entry or each entry, as and when requested by the
Promoter, the Promoter has the right to invalidate the entrant's respective entry/entries for which Proof of Purchase cannot
be provided and/or all entries submitted by that entrant and/or forfeit the entrant's right to a prize.
11. The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date
of preparing these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
12. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, and must be taken as and when
offered, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter, otherwise it will be forfeited. If forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable.
13. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the
prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
14. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to
enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
15. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third
party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
16. It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner and their travel companions may be required to sign a legal release as
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize. If a winner or travel companion is under the
age of 18, a nominated parent or legal guardian of the winner or travel companion will be required to sign the legal release
on the winner or travel companion's behalf.
17. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize
supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these
Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility
or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or
failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between the winner and any person the winner chooses to, or chooses not
to, share the prize with.
19. Winner/s should seek independent financial advice at the winner’s sole expense regarding any tax implications relating to
the prize/s or acceptance of the prize/s. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications.
20. Winners are responsible for all ongoing costs associated with use of the Prize, including insurances (including excesses).
21. The Promoter may invalidate any Prize where the Winner has breached these Conditions of Entry or otherwise failed to
comply with any requirement under these Conditions of Entry.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter
determines in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely
participate in or accept the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release
as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.
23. Entrants' personal information will be collected by Mars Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 48 008 454 313) of 802/558 Pacific
Highway, St Leonards, NSW, 2065 and the Promoter (together the “Collectors”) in connection with this Promotion
and the Collectors will use and handle the personal information in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and
the Collectors Privacy Policies at https://www.mccain.com/privacy (for the Promoter) and
https://www.marsunited.com/au/privacy-policy/ (for Mars Australia Pty Ltd). The Collectors collects personal
information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal
information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in
conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery
legislation. If an Entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion.
24. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and
postcode of residence.
25. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these
Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights
under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for
any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter, its associated agencies
and companies and those agencies and companies associated with or involved in the Promotion, including Warner Bros.
Entertainment Inc., and its parent company and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (including
each of their respective directors, officers, employees, servants, contractors and agents past and present), exclude all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury or death; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential (including loss of opportunity and loss of profit), arising in any way out of the Promotion or the prize/s. For the
sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage,
personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s
liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
26. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus,
communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond
the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and
invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
27. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including
an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the
Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the
event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the
dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
29. The winners will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to
the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that
the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
30. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
31. These Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws of Victoria.
32. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform owned by a
third party including Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any
social media platform. To the extent relevant to the Promotion, the Promoter and entrants must adhere to the terms and
conditions of the relevant social media platform. Entrants are solely responsible and liable for any content or information
they transmit to users on the social media platform. Entrants release the relevant social media platform from any and all
liability in respect of the Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to the
Promoter not the social media platform.
33. Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration, or execution of this Promotion.
