Terms and Conditions:

The promoter is FOODiQ Global (ABN: 86 149 358 994), located at Level 10/20 Martin Place, Sydney, NSW, Australia, 2000 ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to healthcare professionals residing in Australia aged 18 years or over.
Employees, immediate family members of employees, and any associated agencies of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The competition commences at 9am on April 15th 2025, and closes at midnight on Jun 30th 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Participants must sign up to the Mushroom Health Science Australia Health Professional Community by completing the registration form available during the Entry Period.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prizes
The total prize pool is valued at $1000 AUD.
The prize pool consists of 10 x $100 gift cards.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
This competition is a game of chance.
Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted at 12 midday on June 4th and notified via email.
Winners will be notified via email within 7 business days of the draw.
Winners' names will be published on @mushroomhealthscienceaustralia on Instagram by June 10th.
7. Prize Conditions
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a winner does not claim their prize within 25 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible entrant.
8. Permits and Regulations

In NSW, a permit is required for games of chance if the total prize pool exceeds $10,000. Ensure compliance with local regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant or winner.
The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the competition and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
