Terms and conditions

    Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Who can enter?

    Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Promotional period

    Promotion commences on 19/05/2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31/05/2025 (“Promotional Period”).

How to enter

To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit;

    https://evakool.com.au/ and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and input the requested details into the online entry form;
    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Errors and omissions will be addressed by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
    Incomplete, indecipherable entries will be deemed ineligible.
    If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the entrant will be allowed to continue participating in the Promotion.

Winner

    The Winner will be notified via email or direct message on Instagram within three (3) business days of the competition closing.
    Please note that due to an increase in spam accounts associated with giveaways, please be aware of fake social media accounts.
    If you are contacted by any account other than the official @evakoolaustralia, we recommend you do not interact with them in any way.
    We will never ask for your personal information or bank details.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Reserve entries

    The Judges may select one (1) or more additional reserve entries and record them in order of which entries best satisfy the Competition Criteria in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected as the Winner or the winner does not claim their prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Reserve Entries”).

Prize details

    There is one (1) prize packs to be won.
    The prize pack includes;
         One (1) 50L Down Under Fridge Freezer - Coastal Sands, worth $1,300 (RRP)
        One (1) Your Mates Brewing Prize Pack worth $187(RRP) including 1x Carton of Larry Pale Ale and 2x Cartons of Low Carb Lager
    The prize pack is valued at $1,487 RRP.
    If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a prize in equal value and/or specification.
    The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Unclaimed Prize

    The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to identify and notify the Winner in an attempt to ensure that the Winner receives their Prize. However, if the Winner cannot be identified or does not claim the Prize within one (1) month of the date on which the Winner is published on the Website, their Prize is forfeited and will be awarded to the first Reserve.
    A Winner of an unclaimed Prize will be determined and notified in accordance with the Reserve Entry instructions set out in paragraph.
