Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion period begins on May 1st, 2025 and ends at 11.59 pm (AEST) on June 30th, 2025 (AEST).
Employees of FUCHS Lubricants Australasia and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years or over who are a participating FUCHS Distributor or FUCHS Distributor customer.
For Customers: To qualify for entry, entrants must purchase a Silkolene product during the promotional period from a participating FUCHS Distributor. To enter go to www.WinWithSilkolene.com.au and enter the required details including your receipt number. Entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase to claim the prize. There is 1 prize to be won. The 1st valid entry drawn will win a Suzuki DRZ-400 valued at $10,434.00.
Total customer Prize Pool is valued at $10,434.00.
The draw will take place at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207 on the 3rd July, 2025 at 10.00am. Prize winners will be notified by phone and email and have their names (surname, first initial and postcode) announced on the Promoters website www.fuchs.com.au/competition  from 9th July, 2025.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered during the use of the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
This prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, it must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.
In the event of a prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry will be deemed not to fulfil the entry requirements and the Promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities and Regulation 10 of the Art Unions and Public Amusements Regulations 1992 (QLD) conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize draw is 6th October, 2025.  Time and place as the first draw. If this draw is required, the winners will be notified by phone and via email and have their name (surname, first initial and postcode) published on the Promoters website www.fuchs.com.au/competition  from 9th October, 2025.
Information collected through the entry process may be used in promotional activity. If you have consented to do so, the Promoter may use your information to contact you directly or through third parties about their products and services. The Promoter also shares information where legally required. The Promoter may disclose and transfer information if their business is sold or acquired.
The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes.
It is the condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these conditions.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
