Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
8.
Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:

During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:

Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
“Tell us why you want to score $2,000 cash?”

(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the question, off-air:
“Tell us why you want to score $2,000 cash?”
All valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries received during the Promotion period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.

At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to five (5) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);
(b) contact up to five (5) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear on-air (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) place up to five (5) of the “best” Selected Entrants from that weekday (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list (Standby List) to participate in the On Air Challenge between 3:00pm and 6:00pm AEDT on various days during the Promotion Period.
On Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) The Promoter will have a selection of predetermined internet searches (Internet Search). For example, an Internet Search may be “find a recipe for fairy bread”;
(b) The Promoter will contact two (2) Selected Entrants on a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) and invite them to appear on-air at the same time (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter);
(c) The Selected Entrants will each be assigned a representative of the Promoter (Representative), who will each play on behalf of a Selected Entrant (as determined by the Promoters in their sole and absolute discretion);
(d) The Promoter will ask the Representatives to complete the Internet Search. To complete the Internet Search the Representative must find online the information or item identified by the Promoter as the subject of the Internet Search. For example, if the Internet Search is “find a recipe for fairy bread,” the Representative must locate a recipe for fairy bread;
(e) The first Representative to successfully conduct the Internet Search (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed a winner and their corresponding Selected Entrant will be awarded a Prize;
(f) The remaining Representative (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will not be deemed a winner and their corresponding Selected Entrant will not be awarded a Prize
(g) In the event that the Representatives successfully complete the Internet Search at the same time (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), both Selected Entrants will split the Prize.
(h) the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Selected Representatives during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
There will be up to five (5) Prizes awarded to Selected Entrants throughout this Promotion.
9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air

Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
3:00pm AEST and 6:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
10.
Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 3:00pm AEST Friday 23 May 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

Entry
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
On-Air Challenge
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
