Terms and conditions of entry for Real Madrid Prize Draw 2025 ("Prize Draw")
Information on how to enter the competition and receive the cashback is set out in these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Prize Draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 and above.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Sponsor (as set out in item 14 below), agencies or associates of the Sponsor and any third parties involved in the preparation and/or performance of this Prize Draw are not eligible for entry. Immediate family member means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry to the Prize Draw opens at 00:01 AEST on the 1 May 2025 and closes at 23:59 AEDT on the 30 November 2025 ("Promotional Period"). A total of 250 Prizes will be available, consisting of 125 adult sized official (non-signed) Real Madrid Jersey and 125 of child sized official (non-signed) Real Madrid Jersey ("Prize"). Prize(s) are subject to availability and the Sponsor reserves the right at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any of the Prize(s) with another item of similar or lower value, without prior notice. The total prize pool is valued at AUD40,000.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any of the following: Ensure Powder 850g (Vanilla, Chocolate, Neutral) or PediaSure Powder 850g (Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry) or PediaSure Organic 800g (Vanilla) ("Eligible Product") during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Transaction").
Purchases of Eligible Product must be made during the Promotional Period to be a Qualifying Transaction.
To enter the Prize Draw, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit realmadrid.abbottrewards.com.au, follow the prompts to the Prize Draw entry page; fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address and state/territory of residence), select their preferred sized jersey (adult or child sized) and upload a photo of their purchase receipt for their Qualifying Transaction.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested, may, in the absolute discretion of the Sponsor, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry. The purchase receipt must clearly identify the outlet of purchase, the product purchased (which must be an Eligible Product) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotional Period and prior to the online entry).
The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence and proof of purchase for their Qualifying Transaction) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Sponsor has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Prize Draw.
One (1) valid entry per Qualifying Transaction is permitted. Multiple entries are allowed, but each individual participant may only win once throughout the Promotion Period.
Participants will indicate their preference to be in the Prize Draw for one (1) adult sized official (non-signed) Real Madrid Jersey valued at AUD160 or one (1) child sized official (non-signed) Real Madrid Jersey valued at AUD160.
The winners will be randomly selected using an electronic random draw generator, a method that is deemed by the Sponsor as fair and just for all participants, and will be conducted by Tactics Marketing Support at 9/89 Darley St, Mona Vale, NSW 2103 using approved generator 13/1392. This is an instant win mechanic and participants will know immediately if they have won a prize, however, the ‘win’ is ‘provisional’ and is subject to entry validation and verification. Winners will be contacted in writing within seven working days and Prize(s) shall be dispatched to the address provided in the entry via registered mail. List of winners will be published at realmadrid.abbottrewards.com.au. Any unclaimed or returned Prizes will be held by Tactics Marketing at 9/89 Darley St Mona Vale NSW 2103 until 12:00pm AEDT on 20 December 2025. Winners of these unclaimed or returned Prizes are required to collect the Prizes from this address. The decision of Sponsor is final and binding in all matters. In the event the winner is uncontactable or does not respond to notification by Sponsor, or the winner or their entry is determined by the Sponsor to be ineligible or the winner does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, their prize will be forfeited.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Prize Draw for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Prize Draw. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment subject to relevant regulatory approval.
